Incredibly reassuring and professional during a stressful motorway breakdown. My engine management light flashed on and the vehicle completely lost power while driving on the busy M6 motorway. After pulling safely onto the hard shoulder, I called for assistance. The controller on the phone was extremely calm and walked me through safety steps while tracking my exact GPS location. Despite heavy traffic, the flatbed recovery truck arrived right on schedule. The operator tried to perform a roadside jump start first, but when the mechanical fault proved more serious, they securely loaded my vehicle onto the truck without any fuss. They towed me safely back home, turning an absolute nightmare into a smooth, manageable experience. Exceptional value and brilliant communication throughout.
