I’ve banked with Amaiz for more months than I can remember and yes I admit I’ve had a few little hiccups along the way - BUT their Customer Services in particular the Fraud Section have always ‘gone that extra mile’ to put me at ease and regain my confidence to bank on line. They’ve refunded the payments taken fraudulently without delay for which I am very grateful. Certainly the telephone advisors that I have dealt with have been compassionate and caring. Thank you Amaiz.

Great bank to deal with. never had an issue accessing online. call centre answers quickly and efficiently if contacted with query.

I've been with Amaiz bank for 4 months. Brilliant service includes the fast response to inquiries, easy to use online banking, faultless consolidation and they set the best model for other banks to follow. Everyone should join Amaiz.

Best experience I've had in the UK. New text driven confirmation for potentially suspicious purchases is brilliant. Real time texts to let you approve transactions which a bank like HSBC would have blocked, then blocked your card, and then tried to call you 3 days later. Really impressed.

Horrible experience with no explanation

I signed up to them and provided all of my details and the account was confirmed open. They didn't ask for anymore information from me.

Then just 2 days later they block my account because I was not compliant. They refuse to tell me how or why I was not compliant and instead just refers me to the T&Cs which as far as I am concerned, I AM FULLY COMPLIANT.

Save your money and time. Avoid these clowns!

Amaiz is excellent. Very friendly, helpful and trustworthy. They actually rang me to inform me one of my accounts needed attention so I continued receiving cash back. Just a good experience.

I have always used the online banking option with Amaiz and have never experienced any problems. The online app use security is excellent, I would gladly recommend Amaiz.

Gave me a bank account when no other place would due to a bad credit rating. The only place that could help me build a credit rating. Without these I’d still be without. The offer a top up debit card which gives an opportunity to buy online rather than just a cash card. Great service and a quick and easy app too

Checked my bank account today and spotted a fraudulent payment. Contacted Amaiz immediately who cancelled my debit card straight away and referred to their fraud department. The payment of £114.99 was back in my account within 15 minutes. I have always had good service from Amaiz but I thought this was exceptional. Many thanks to all concerned.

Set up a business account online and everything was up and running within a week - an amazing performance. So far very impressed with the high-quality service.

Two cards were sent to me in the post so I rang the Amaiz contact centre in order to resolve this. I spoke with John and they were able to explain to my why the two cards were sent out and were able to rectify my query. They were very polite and clear over the phone and it was a pleasure speaking to them. I spoke with John at around 10:22am on 14th August 2019. I would be very happy if this feedback was passed onto their manager as I feel their service was excellent today.

I've been going through some financial difficulties lately and I am so greteful for the support of this bank. The Customer Service agents are so empathetic and absolutely amazing. I couldn't ask for more.

They are always welcoming and friendly. Any issues i have are sorted out straight away. I was recently scammed and after 1 call they are investigating the company. I received a refund within 24 hours of reporting the issue. I highly recommend them.

Ok had phone call on Sunday and Paul who was most helpful apologized for situation and even gave me compensation for the errors caused, although never asked for compensation. So a little faith has been restored with Amaiz.

I transferred a lot of money to my daughter on laptop for the second time. Sent a 1£ the first time to make sure correct account. account then blocked.
They blocked account and had to phone and verify not a scam. prioritised when I told them she was waiting on mainland to buy a car.

Super online bank, Glad to see good security.

So far the only bank I've not had a single issue with! Easy to manage multiple accounts on line, I use is a small one that has a lovely personal touch to it
