Therapists have no lymphatic drainage qualifications, I asked for days to send me the list of the qualifications they hold, like MLD UK, MLD Ireland, ITEC, FHT, CNHC, they keep replying they are 'fully trained', fully trained to fraud you they mean!!! Stay away, absolute waste of money, and time. I went to the Liberty branch, don't go.

Dimple Amani Knightsbridge. I had appointment at 10am, 10:10 still waiting outside. After opened preparation, sitting, waiting etc.
I paid £190 for a 2*35minute luxury treatment (Face & Abs), but the therapist finished in just 40 minutes,as they opened later so they think they can compensate from my paid time!, skipping 33% of the service time. This is blatant time fraud for a 'luxury' price. When I raised the issue, to the receptionist was uncooperative and answer was ; Oke!
What a professional?! Lack of class!
Furthermore, they are actively suppressing and blocking my honest feedback on Fresha to maintain a fake high rating. The 'luxury' experience advertised on Instagram is a total scam and does not match the unprofessional reality. I have already initiated a formal legal dispute through Revolut and reported them to Fresha Support. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects your time and money.

My second treatment at Knightsbridge on 11th January, it was lovely and relaxing. However what happened next was not. For context I live alone and run a company from home. I hadn’t been out since lunch on NYE as I’d even been working flat out including weekends. I booked my treatment for 11th January as a treat and drove to it, parking right opposite the door. 2 days afterwards I got severe diarrhoea for 9 hours and acute stomach pain, the pain didn’t cease and diarrhoea again on 18th and 22nd, My GP did a stool sample test. On midnight of 23rd it started again constantly, Monday my GP prescribed Imodium which I maxed out in 6 hours, the diarrhoea continued. By Tuesday and 70 hours of this episode later I was unable to eat or drink and I’d lost 5kg I called 111, they sent an ambulance within an hour. 2 days in hospital, ultrasound and CT scan tests later, 3 drips, morphine for the pain, they determined viral gastroenteritis as the stool sample ruled out bacterial. My only contact had been at Dimple Armani. I am still trying to eat normal foods and normal amount and gain weight. It’s been horrific as has the patronising response from Dimple Armani as to my ‘health issues’. Avoid them

Literally do not recommend this at all. Pay the £160 in Selfridge’s for apprentice that’s 18 to do a massage with no experience whatsoever.

I was super excited to try Dimple Amani for my birthday. Initially, the beauty salon in knightsbridge looked the part. However. I could not believe the carpet on the stairs and into the beauty room was old, dirty and worn. The walls had a cheap sponge effect, doors were chipped and tired and the room had a cheap bamboo roller blind. The window obviously had not been doubled glazed and I had the unforgettable experience of listening to ongoing traffic.
The therapist was very young and was definitely not experienced. Not what I would have expected from a salon that charged me £255 for one hour and ten minutes.
In short, I would suggest you try the Berkeley. They offer a much higher standard.
Really disappointing and I would not recommend this salon to my worst enemy!

Warning – Avoid this company
Do not purchase from this company. The quality of the tools is very poor (you’d honestly get better quality from Etsy). Even worse, once you pay and return items within their 30-day window, you never see your money again. I paid around £150, returned the items properly, and I am still waiting for my refund.

Customer service is appalling – I’ve sent multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, and even tried their live chat, but their responses are either non-existent or completely unhelpful.

Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

Highly overpriced and overrated, the space is pretty, you are clearly paying for location more than for the treatment itself. The ac units are right above the treatment beds blowing right at you. Spent over £900 , however when asked to reschedule my next appointment, got a “non-holistic” response about 24 h cancelation policy, got charged a full amount, no options to move my treatment or offer a discount for the next one were offered. Management doesn’t seem to care if you come back or not. There are better ways to invest those £300 into your health!

I visited Dimple Armani in Knightsbridge for the first time this week. The new store is so beautiful and relaxing. I also felt very comfortable with the Store Manager Vittoria who talked me through all the options! She was so lovely and accommodating. Definitely worth a visit to try the lymphatic massage and sculpture too! Looking forward to returning next week!

I have now had different treatments, Botox and Profhilo and both have been amazing. Sarah was very professional and explained exactly what to expect during the treatment and also after. Sarah used the finest of needles, it’s was such a great experience. I was nervous at first but now can’t wait for my next treatment, what did I wait so long to get started.
