Do not trust them .
This company used their account to charge me a retreat lead by the owners daughter, Bella. The retreat was a terrible experience and Bella and her mother, Lizzie, promised us a refund and then blocked us and gave us no refund once we left the retreat. I am still fighting with my credit card to get a refund, showing them proof that we were supposed to get a refund. Bella did this crookedly and charged us the retreat through this liquor company. She and her mother lied and ignored us after a promise. Do not use this company. Do not trust them.

Would definitely use again but…
Delivery was swift and efficient but unfortunately the box of Nikka in the Barrel had been forced into strong packaging and the corners were damaged. Ordinarily this wouldn’t matter but it’s a Christmas present and doesn’t look good. Nonetheless I would still use Amathus again. Best for price. To be fair I haven’t told them about this as there wasn’t time to replace it nor was the damage bad enough to warrant a replacement.

Lovely shops
An amazing choice of global wines and spirits. If you buy in the shop you will be greeted by kind and knowledgeable staff. If you shop online you will get fast delivery. All in all a great shopping experience.

Will rely on Amathus again.
I visited the store in London, however my review is specifically for the wonderful customer service received about an order placed online. I wanted to include a card in my order and I spoke over the phone with very kind and efficient people in the office. I was assisted by Gustavo who genuinely looked after my request. The order was delivered by the guaranteed time (actually even before then !) and I am a very happy customer. Will rely on Amathus again.
