However, as we just carefully checked and found that you made order on 4th September, 2023, the order was shipped on 8th September, 2023 by our Business Partner (UPS).
The tracking information was sent immediately to your email address to inform the parcel status.
As we can see, the parcel was successfully delivered to your shipping address. Since you made an order, we have never received any email from you stating that you never received the item.

Thank you so much for your support. However, we have check and found that you made your order on 11/3/2023.
We shipped the item to the shipping address on 14/3/2023 by UPS. On the UPS website, we have proof saying that the item was successfully delivered on 20/03/2023.
Since then we have never received any email from you regarding the issue. We have been updating once the item shipped and delivered.

SUPER COMFY
It's very plush, and super warm for the winter. I love to wear it everywhere, especially in my house. If it gets really cold, I will be very happy as its very cozy. So I really want to buy more. Over all, I love it a lot.
