Amy did a video presentation which is great because I can refer back to it any time to see how they came up with the keywords they used and get perspective on their thought process. I love the video walk through. It is actually very helpful. A lot of keyword research goes into this from multiple KW tools. When it's done, you just copy and paste into your listing. I will be hiring them again!
