Eigentlich bin ich mit einem drittel fast zufrieden mit Amazon Prime. Was ich nicht so super finde: Für zwei drittel bezahlt man!!! Als Amazon Prime Mitglied finde ich das gar nicht lustig!!! Ganz ehrlich - nehmt euch ein Beispiel an Netflix!!! Mir fällt auf oder besser formuliert: Jedes, wirklich jedes mal wenn ich (auf Empfehlungen von Freunden) mir bei Amazon Prime Video einen Film heraussuche muss dafür extra bezahlt werden. Die besten Filme kosten da alle Geld! Ich möchte mich nicht über die Serien und Filme, die man nicht extra bezahlen muss beklagen denn da ist viel gutes dabei! Aber die Auswahl könnte größer sein - besser gesagt- die Auswahl an nicht extra bezahlbaren Filme/Serien! Dafür gebe ich in dieser Bewertung nur einen Stern und dieser eine Stern ist schon viel zu viel des guten!

Kündigung fast unmöglich – Kundenfalle

Ich habe den Paramount+ Channel über Amazon Prime Video zur Probe gebucht. Das Abo abzuschließen war extrem einfach – ein Klick genügte. Doch beim Kündigen beginnt der Ärger:
• Keine Option im Konto unter „Channel-Buchungen verwalten“.
• Kein Widerruf über die Einstellungen möglich.
• Keine Chance, eine Rezension direkt bei Amazon zu hinterlassen.
• Stattdessen verlangt Amazon, dass man ein Formular ausdruckt und per Post nach München schickt (!).

Im Jahr 2025 ist das absolut kundenunfreundlich. Digitale Abos müssen genauso leicht kündbar sein, wie sie abgeschlossen wurden. Hier wird ganz offensichtlich auf Bequemlichkeit oder Frust der Kunden gesetzt, um Kündigungen zu verhindern.

Für mich ist das eine Kundenfalle und ich kann nur dringend abraten.

My experience with Amazon has been terrible. I paid for a subscription and as soon as they received the money, they suspended my account automatically.
When I contacted them, they simply confirmed that my account would remain suspended.

The worst part is that they completely ignore the refund. They never answered when or if I would get my money back for a service that I never received.

This is a scam: Amazon takes your money, blocks your account, and refuses to refund you.
I strongly advise against using Amazon, especially if you travel or use a prepaid card, because instead of helping customers they just shut you out.

É diventato uni schifo guardare, anche solo una serie. Per 40 min di una puntata ci sono almeno 5 pause pubblicitarie.

I was unable to cancel my subscription due to a system bug — the OTP could not be delivered to my phone number. On top of that, reaching customer support from Ukraine is nearly impossible. At the same time, Amazon continues serving Russian customers, which I find unacceptable.

The support I did manage to reach was unhelpful, and the cancellation process lacks clarity. This will be my last experience with Amazon’s products.

Je suis un très bon client Amazon (plusieurs commandes par semaine!). J'ai pris Prime il y a quelques temps déjà, afin de bénéficier de la plus part des livraisons gratuites mais aussi; pour Prime Vidéo. Au début, il y avait pratiquement aucun ou, très peu de film pour lesquels on devait payer pour le visionner si on était Prime mais, aujourd'hui c'est le contraire car il y a de plus en plus de films pour lesquels on doit payer un supplément pour le visionner!! ainsi que la proposition de payer aussi pour ne pas avoir de publicité. Je suis désolé mais Netflix est mieux et je ne sais pas si je vais continuer avec Prime. "Quand on en veut toujours plus; on fini par tout perdre". Le fric et encore le fric...

I loved Amazon's reliable delivery and the quick service and response time.

Ok, so I search for movies to include Little House on the Prairie and Amazon pops up stating there are 3 films you can watch with Amazon Prime. I sign up to Amazon Prime and search for the films I want to watch and they are unavailable! What a total con. I’ve paid £8.99 for something that is useless! I want my money back but there’s no way I can find to get a refund as the advertised films are not available!

I've already paid for Prime. And now they want more money, or they're going to show you really annoying videos at key moments in what you're watching.

The intention is to spoil your viewing so much, you give in and pay the extra to have no adverts.

Non mi avrete mai. È diventato inguardabile, ogni cinque minuti di contenuto pubblicità a rullo continuo. Ci tengo a fargli sapere che probabilmente lo toglierò, intanto non guardo più nulla perché tra poco comincia Stranger Things quindi mi sposto definitivamente altrove e volete sapere un’altra cosa? Le pubblicità aggressive non funzionano: non ricordo nulla di quelle che ho visto perché sono irritanti e fastidiose proprio come concetto base. Perché dovrei continuare a scegliervi se non avete niente di diverso dalle emittenti televisive standard? Contenuti nuovi…? Ma su, che alcune cose sono già vecchie quando le mettete tra i nuovi arrivi… tenetevi i soldi delle vostre pubblicità, i miei sono pochi euro ma li spendo altrove, ciao ciao.

La qualità video è discutibile la qualità dei contenuti ancora peggio, in più molti dei contenuti sono a noleggio o ad acquuisto anche se hai il prime e a che prezzi! Hanno messo i film di Robert Redford ma sono tutti a pago. indecenti!

Un auténtico desastre y una falta de respeto absoluta por los usuarios. Comienzo a ver una serie y sin terminar el primer minuto me colocan casi dos minutos de anuncios. No puedo mover el cursor para desplazarme sin que me salgan anuncios, y en 10 minutos que pude ver de serie, me querían colocar otros dos minutos de anuncios. No lo recomiendo, abusan muchísimo.

Much like most streaming services you want more money to stop showing ads! Doesn’t the general public pay you enough? As much as ads make you. You will lose the equivalent of customers! You’re a joke!

Payer un abonnement et subir de plus en plus de pubs intempestives.

Je ne regarde quasi plus du tout Prime vidéo c'est devenu insupportable

Watched the first season of “Keeping Faith” and when I go to the second season they want me to get a free trial for Acorn. I don’t want Acorn. We should be made aware of this before we watch the first season!!! What a waste of my time. Of course if they told us we probably wouldn’t watch it. It’s just bait!!!!
