Amazon suppresses it’s customers’ voice when it suits them

I was dissatisfied from a seller not delivering an item, the item having been lost in transit. When I reviewed the seller on Amazon.com, Amazon scratched out my honest seller review and wrote that the seller was not responsible for item fulfillment. Why scratch out my review? Why suppress a customer’s voice? And when the matter is not even resolved! I have not received the item or the refund!

I had to give it one star or it won't…

I had to give it one star or it won't let me post. I am an American expat living currently in Mexico and in my State are thousands of American and Canadian expats. Many of us have limited Spanish speaking abilities but order not only from Amazon.com. us but also Amazon.com.mx. I have been using both the US and MX divisions of Amazon. The last several months I have had nothing but problems with everything from duplicate orders, no deliveries, no notification of deliveries, billing errors, fraudulent charges, etc...etc...etc.. When you call customer service, if it is an MX issue, they now refuse and sent me an email that they will only take email or calls in Spanish??????? What. When there is a problem with Amazon US they run you around and around like a dog chasing its tail with no resolution to the issues. I wrote and sent all these crazy responses to my emails from both Amazon US and MX only to get a response to a long ago issue that no longer exists. I was a long time customer of Amazon but will no longer deal or order from them. Warning to all, if you want to end up pulling your hair out, then take your chance, I'm done. Love to hear from others with same issues.

Absolutely disgusting customer service - Racism and discrimination

I placed an order on the Amazon website for 2 iPads in November, which were of high value. Amazon sent me the incorrect order x2. I have been in a dispute with them and they are denying sending me the wrong items although I took it into the Amazon store and they verified the wrong parcels received. For high-valued items, I should have signed for the delivery but the wrong orders were just dumped outside my house. I have been going back and forth but Amazon is refusing to refund my money and making excuses. I spoke to someone today on the chat (for the 10th time), named Harsh, and he/she was very rude to me. I experienced racism and discrimination. They wrote "do you understand English?" and also "Are you able to understand?" which was very rude and offensive considering I was born in an English country and I'm highly qualified, a lot more than a customer service representative, but I did not speak back in that manner. I have the screenshots as evidence. Amazon has not taken any disciplinary action against this agent yet. I have been a loyal customer since 2008 and will not ever spend my money at this crap company ever again!!!!! I am still waiting on my refund and will not stop until I get it back!

Racism in dealing with non-Americans

My account has been suspended for no reason Two weeks and there is no help from all the customer service at Amazon. I sent all the required data, whether pictures or videos, for two weeks every day every day the same questions and no one helps me mistreatment in a way that I have not witnessed in a similar store that is supposed to be the first in the world i will post all the responses and calls I recorded from amazon customer service so that the world will witness racism in dealing with non-American citizens.

Amazon or Amadumb?

First and foremost, Amazon has always had major issues with delivery before the pandemic, but the pandemic has magnified those same delivery issues that were once minimized. Customers' frustrations have intensified leaving many in a state of relief & total liberation to not have an account with this company, including myself. Sure, its a few kind ladies and caring gentlemen that have been attentive to the instructions when delivering, but the majority have been reckless, careless, lazy and very negligent. I called the il-logical logistics department and realized why-where that behavior escalated from. Amazons' corporate office is the pinnacle for tacky deplorable customer service. I contacted Jeff Bezo by email never rcvng 1 response about a juicer I paid over $100 for & a t-shirt that they recorded leaving unattendedm but still trying to recover the money they stole.NA. I've had to purchase a small portable juicer from Ebay to use until I resolve this issue with Amazon and my bank because I needed one,but was not going to pay that much again.Whats strange, is that i rcvd the portable juicer a month later from Ebay from an Amazon driver and the label was damaged. I could write a book on the horror stories of how many times I have not only called in to report missing packages, to remind them I have a personal locker, because pictures where taken by courier left at wrong door, where delivery driver sends a delivery alert while I'm on cell inquiring to Amazon rep about the whereabouts of package and no one knocked on door or no package, having to wait on package all day only to receive a delivery alert, but they did not deliver to my address, calling in because they gave me an exact time window they would deliver but delivered 2 hours early outside of the time window while I wasn't home.I make an extra effort each time to send a separate message to seller to not leave my packages @ my or wrong door unattended,it is typed in huge letters under my name on address label and a huge note is on my front door. The courier will ignore all "alerts/requests" and when it comes up missing, Amazon will give me the run around about a resolution. Out of about 20 packages, about only 4 were actually taken to my personal locker. One particular courier that seemed to be wise, took a picture and sent it to my acct to let me know he delivered it to the locker so I would not be thinking the package was missing. Another one in particular seemed to be mentally challenged somewhat, but was so kind and mannerable taking the time out to knock, wait, verify my name and place the package in my hand stating" I wanted to make sure you receive your packages." Seemed to be trying his best to excel in hospitality.Too kind.If he could have accepted tips I definitely would have given him one. He was such a modest gentlemen and was trying his best to be considerate and professional although he had other packages to deliver. I am sure he did not have any more than the next driver who may have been flat out lazy and negligent and is ready to get home so he just tosses package(s) anywhere and hope they get to the right person. I met some on occasion just tossing packages. Mine and others. To date, I am so relieved and elated to no longer have an account with Amazon, yet I still have the annoyance of having to deal with other people packages at my front door that I have to consistently redeliver to correct address. I actually had to take tenant's cell # to be able to text them because Amazon still is reckless and negligent,hmm, I know how it feels to to have missing parcelsI have grownTOhate the name Amazon.After working for them only to realize they treat employees at the distribution center just like they treat those who purchase online the same with no consideration of ethical practices is favorable to me with severed ties. I do not think Jeff Bezo has anything he is driven by at this point other than greed, competing with other millionaires and trying to connect with the people that oppose American practices and beliefs. I guess when you are on American soil and realize Americans consume & waste the most resources in any given arena, its easy to monopolize off capitalist supporters who have more liquidated damages than assets. This "drop shipment" is economical for him and inconvenient for customer, yet remains. Enough replacements, complaints and you can write it all off,but you can't write off complaints,so continue with the lousy service in an attempt to satisfy your greed & ignore customer's complaints/frustration about their horrible customer service at corporate and all your centers. I'm certain you have already compromised and/or breached customer info by selling it to third parties online for profit so lets see how long your unethical practices last Jeff Bezo. Repent and redeem the time

I have Amazon Prime

I have Amazon Prime, I ordre very often on Amazon. I called the customer service department regarding a refund and asked to speak with a manager/supervisor. Thinking that we will be capable of having more information, the supervisor was completely unprofessional, and purposeless. Incapable of explaining to us the information that he is providing. Almost sound like he was a robot.

Afterwards I asked to speak with the complaint department or his superior, he acted like he put me on hold and wasn't capable to transfer to anyone. On top of that the supervisor lied on his identity and told me his name was Ferg and his name is Jay from the Philippines. ( I learned that after speaking with another agent. ) . Amazon, you guys are worth billions, you cannot be having that type of image and reputation.. I need to speak with a complaint department. Hopefully walmart will blow up.

Beware of products coming from China

Sometimes a product ordered hits it out of the park. The products that are coming through Amzaon from China are poor quality and in the case of some facial products they are fake. It is difficult to find out where some 3rd party sellers are making their products. Amazon does not clearly state where products come from. I ordered a product called Instantly Ageless from Jeunesse. The product ended up coming from China. I had some of the original product and the Chinese product had a fragrance, colour and viscosity that differed from original. However the product was in the identical bottle as the original. I complained so much to Amazon about the fake product, that I received half my money back from the 3rd party seller and I got to keep their fake product. I see that Amazon finally took the product off their website within a month. I do give credit to Amazon for their help. It was the hassle of going through this complaint process that made me give it 3 stars.

I am not paying for the UPS driver's five-finger discount

I purchased a gift from Amazon and entered the recipient's address. UPS sent my package to the wrong city and zip code and notified Amazon that it was successfully delivered. I did not choose delivery by UPS. Rather, UPS was the only option offered by Amazon. UPS ignored the zip code and ignored the city in the listed address. UPS misdirected and lost my package. Now, Amazon wants me to either pay for the product or return the product. No matter how many times I write that the product was delivered to the wrong city and zip code, I get an automated message asking me to return or pay for the merchandise.

UPS lost the package, but Amazon's use of bots instead of human employees is just as bad as UPS. Had there been any actual employees at Amazon, they would have noticed something was amiss the moment UPS declared that the package had been successfully delivered while listing the delivery address with a different city and zip code than I input. Amazon should have intervened immediately and insisted that UPS deliver the package to the correct address. Instead, the customer is stuck with a hot mess and my niece still has no birthday gift.

Get rid of USPS for prime and Amazon in general!

Get rid of USPS for prime/all of Amazon! ALL prime customers should get the "premiere" Amazon delivery service. Instead we get stuck with garbage USPS who shove envelopes in mailbox bending and breaking items. Plus there is no way to leave delivery instructions for USPS. A solution would be to allow customers to select slower shipping so that they get the privileged Amazon delivery...or just let them select their own delivery service with wait times so we aren't stuck with postal service. Until then I'm dropping prime! It's NOT worth it just to get garbage USPS delivery.

I recommend Amazon to everyone! All my experiences have been positive! Whenever I need to look for an item they always have it available. I’m patient waiting for shipments since Covid has delayed deliveries! But sometimes I receive my shipments before scheduled Day! I really love this company and I hope they stay around fir many years! It’s a pleasure to be able to see my current and previous orders on a list. Of course it helps to have Alexa around who always senda me notifications when packages arrive. The drivers are courteous and respectful of the packages! Thank you Amazon!

Amazon doesn't honor prices. Can't speak with supervisor.

Just purchased from B&H Photo for $269 after Amazon refused to take that after it was the price on page before I signed in. I got the phone code and signed in but it went to a different page where the price was $355. I went to customer service, Went through Customer Chat, spoke (via chat) with two customer service reps requesting assistance. Was told that maybe price would go down.
I asked Yusef to get Supervisor or Manager and was told that they would simply tell me the same thing.

Tooo Toooo Much Crap to Weed Through

What a horrible shopping experience every single time - even with the filters - there is just too many retailers selling too much similar stuff. Amazon is great if you want to find a brand to check out -- say Winter Jacket -- you see a large selection of jackets and who sells them. Then go to the website for that specific item and purchase it - - because who wants to figure out WHO is shipping this to you and WHAT they are rated and IF Amazon covers the shipping (which is always a surprise held to the end of the buying experience). I have never understood why you would get the Amazon yearly rate - beyond watching Prime ... because I can never find what I am looking for on Amazon. Nobody checks the product description - as you will see on Page 2 of every search - your looking for winter jackets and see jumper cables. Retail stores figured out a long time ago - less is more ....more clarity, more chances of selling the item and more confidence in the Retailer. The more is more idea that Amazon thrives on is just plain confusing. 9 out of 10 times, I find the choices on Amazon and purchase the item on Target or Walmart (which is turning into a crappy Amazon model), but always has free fast shipping.

Amazon is not good enough to provide a good service and help customer like my brother. He have lost his item about $179 worth On 11th of November. I tried to help my brother to solve the problem. They are basically useless and no help and doesn’t care about customer who lost item. He couldn’t get refund and the money is basically gone. Very bad, no even one star review. And I would like to say that amazon lose one of trust customer. And also, my brother have tried to email them so many times and they have never even one answer from human. It looks automatically machine replied and no help at all. Sorry to say that but I am really pissed instead of my brother.

AMAZON DOESN'T RESPECT IT'S OWN POLICIES FOR CONSUMERS

Bought from 3rd party seller through Amazon off-course. Worst panasonic handset ever bought. (1) handsets died now and then, right between a call even though had lot of charge. (2) alarm doesn't go off all the time. (3) charge for 7 hours notification doesn't go off all the time. How can you live with such a defective product. Despite of all this reasons claimed to seller " Good As New Electronics" before 30 days, denied to refund. Then Amazon claimed triggered and seller issued 1/2 refund with 50% restocking fee ? Isn't it amazing, 50% restocking fee on renewed item ? Only possible in Amazon Marketplace but not with any other online reputable eCommerce marketplace. CAN IT FALL IN A CRIMINAL CATEGORY ? DON"T KNOW. IT IS A SHAME AND EQUALLY DISGRACEFUL HOW AMAZON HANDLED THE SITUATION. AMAZON HANDLED THE ISSUE VERY CARELESSLY. AMAZON DOESN'T FOLLOW THE POLICIES AND AS A BUYER/CONSUMER i HAVE TO SUCK IT UP WITH PROMOTIONAL MONEY(Kinda store credit) NOT A REGULAR REFUND TO MY BANK INSTITION. IN A CONCLUSION, I WILL DRY UP BUSINESS WITH AMAZON SLOWLY.
I HAD PLACED the SAME REVIEW IN AMAZON SITE AND THEY SUPPRESSED. SO CONSUMERS WHAT YOU SEE IN AMAZON WEBSITE EVERYTHING IS FILTERED AND ROSY, MOST OF THE TIME TRUE PICTURE IS NOT DISCLOSED.
