Stay Away!!!

If I can rate them -5 I would. This company ripped me off bug time, scammed me for over 2 years of my time and over 3k invested. Sohaib, Zeeshan, Mustafa and the shady invisible owner Syed or whoever. Over 4 months to get 1 SKUs to reach Walmart warehouse, countless excuses, terrible response time, bad leadership and false promises they did not fulfill.
Keep your hard working money because the second things go wrong, you wont see a penny, they will start to blame something else, they will disappear like they did to me. I can share all the proof for everything if needed. Stay away from them.

Every question I had was answered quickly and professionally, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find support this good these days—seriously impressed and would 100% recommend them just based on their service alone

Serious Warning to the Public, Company Identifiers and Engagement Details (For Consumer Context)

The following information is provided solely for identification and transparency, based on materials, communications, contracts, and payment instructions provided during my engagement.

Contractual Position and Current Status

Clause 9 of the signed service agreement governs dispute resolution:
9.1 Governing Law: Canada, UAE (Dubai), and applicable international e-commerce laws
9.2 Dispute Resolution: Good-faith negotiation, followed by arbitration in Canada or the UAE, by mutual agreement

In recent email communications, meetings or discussions have been suggested in jurisdictions not referenced in the contract. These proposals are not aligned with the agreed dispute-resolution framework and have not resulted in progress toward resolution.

For clarity and good-faith engagement, I have confirmed my availability in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, which is a contractually valid jurisdiction. I remain open to discussing resolution strictly in accordance with the agreed terms.

As of today, I have still not received any refund, nor have I received written confirmation regarding the destruction or secure handling of my personal data, despite repeated requests.

We take all client feedback seriously and would like to respond to the points raised here for clarity and balance.

AmazonApex / DataGride was engaged under a signed Service Agreement dated 20 November 2025 to provide third-party onboarding and operational support for marketplace platforms including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. As clearly stated in the Agreement, we are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, employed by, or able to influence the internal approval, rejection, suspension, or enforcement decisions of any marketplace.

Marketplace account approvals and rejections are determined solely by the platforms themselves based on internal risk assessments, compliance checks, and policies that are not disclosed to third parties. While we manage documentation, submissions, and procedural requirements, no service provider can guarantee approval or permanence of accounts.

We acknowledge that the outcome of this engagement did not meet the client’s expectations, and we regret the frustration this caused. However, an unfavorable outcome does not automatically equate to negligence, misconduct, or contractual breach. No marketplace has issued any notice attributing a policy violation or improper conduct to AmazonApex / DataGride, nor has any causal determination been provided linking the closures to actions taken by our team.

Regarding refunds and compensation:
The Service Agreement explicitly defines remedies and limitations of liability. Refunds or compensation are applicable only where a suspension or closure is directly caused by a proven violation or mishandling by our company, which has not been established in this case. As such, we cannot agree to demands that fall outside the contractual framework.

On data handling:
Client data is handled strictly in accordance with the confidentiality and data-protection provisions of the Agreement. Upon written instruction, we are prepared to certify deletion or return of all client data, as contractually required.

We remain open to resolving this matter through the formal dispute-resolution mechanisms outlined in the Agreement and are committed to acting professionally and in good faith.

We encourage prospective clients to review both client feedback and our response, and to understand the inherent risks and platform-controlled nature of marketplace onboarding before engaging any third-party service provider.

I started a ebay account with the company 3 months ago. They are getting me many sales so far. Somethings that needed to be fixed but so far so good. They do respond to your questions or concerns pretty fast and will contact you if any problems arise. I never usually have a problem with them helping any issues. They keep everything on a good level.

I've been using this service for little over a year now and everything thus far has gone extremely smoothly with excellent service and advice, I've come further than I ever would have imagined and can't find a single critique. Amazon Apex sent my inventory that was…

Amazon Apex sent my inventory that was provided by blu brain without checking the supplier was accredited by the manufacturer.
Amazon deactivated my account since day one.
Both Amazon Apex and their supplier didn’t take responsibility for the store management.
I lost $4K as a result of their inexperience.
Any other company that manages Amazon stores said that was pretty basic knowledge.
You should be aware of choosing the right team to manage your store.
Neither Amazon Apex, nor Blu brain (the supplier) refund me for the counterfeit products. Be aware.

Be Careful!

UPDATED: A customer marked a product as counterfeit in July 2024 and I notified Amazon Apex about this. They said they had it covered. Well, here we are in October and not only is my Amazon Seller account still deactivated but Amazon has now destroyed almost $1k worth of inventory.

INITIAL REVIEW: The team at Amazonapex has been amazing! They have been responsive and helped to get me started selling on Amazon! I will continue working with them!

Amazon Apex is very helpful and they have great communication to let me know what’s going on my Amazon Store. So far on my first day going live I did over 5 sales which is a very wonderful start. I would recommend this company to anyone that want to sell on Amazon and getting in with out huge capital requirements and have the best team running your store!!
