Like all big providers these days, they provide a service that's great, then they want more money so they screw around with the service. Offer you the service you had if you pay more money.

It's all rubbish! Everything these days is online streaming....it's become the norm and it's not beneficial to anyone apart from the company directors who are laughing at everyone who's bought their products.

I miss the old high street shops, the specialist places like hmv, toys r us, all those places where you actually bought and kept your purchase!

These days if you buy anything digital your buying the licence to use it on that particular device. In this case Amazon prime or like playstation you can only use their games on that console. Your purchase can't be transferred.

If there was a way to cost these companies money I'd 100% force their hand but it's the mass we need not one or two.

Filme und Serien die schon bei Youtube umsonst laufen . Wozu bezahle ich Prime wenn ich zum Dank auch noch mit Werbung zugemüllt werde? Und selbst dreiteilige Filme werden nicht zusammen gezeigt sondern auf unsinnige Spartenkanäle verteilt die man extra bezahlen kann. Absurd hoch zehn . Und wehe du wohnst noch außerhalb Deutschlands.... echt ein schlechter Witz. Du zahlst Prime und musst trotzdem die Lieferung bezahlen. In Europa..... NICHT ZU

Die Auswahl ist zwar groß, aber die Nutzung macht inzwischen deutlich weniger Spaß. Werbung trotz kostenpflichtigem Abo, viele Filme kosten zusätzlich und die Oberfläche ist teilweise unübersichtlich. Oft erkennt man erst beim Anklicken, ob ein Titel wirklich inklusive ist oder extra bezahlt werden muss. Für den Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet.

At least allow existing users the choice to opt out of prime video and just keep the free delivery.

I guess they wont as everyone would dump the video service it in a flash.

La piattaforma Prime video posso capire che devono sostenere dei costi ma non puoi farmi vedere 5 minuti di film e 1,30 minuti di pubblicità. Volete indurre le persone a passare alla versione senza pubblicità ma garantisco che l'effetto sarà inverso con annullamenti completi. Ho fatto i conti che i prezzi sono sempre uguali, cambia la tempistica per la merce. Un consiglio cambiate metodo.

Rental and purchase prices are alot higher than any other streaming and my accounts been blocked twice because apparently me buying/renting movies or shows is unusual behavior for someone with a history of buying/renting videos and shows.

Ma io mi domando come si faccia a proporre un film in lingua tailandese con sottotitoli in inglese ??? È già successo con altri film, quei pochi che sono riuscita a trovare, perché su una trentina di film cercati ne ho trovati 7-8, non avete niente di niente e per giunta ci sono film che devi noleggiare ! L'ultimo è stato proprio stasera, "The Rocky Horror Picture Show", l'ho trovato solo in inglese, per me non è un problema ma per altri ? Un cult del genere solo in inglese ?? Povero Tim Curry ...

Da quando hanno inserito la pubblicità, nonostante l’abbonamento annuale sia stato innalzato, è diventato peggio di Mediaset. Le interruzioni pubblicitarie avvengono con una frequenza di 8/10 minuti per spazi che durano 1,30 minuti! Tutto questo per indurre a pagare un’ulteriore somma extra. Tutto questo è davvero pessimo, terrò Amazon ma Prime video merita di chiudere.

An sich mag ich Prime sehr, wegen der Auswahl usw. Aber nur weil ich vorgespult habe, weil wir zusammen eine Serie geschaut haben, einer aber eher abgebrochen hat. Dann noch eine Werbung anschauen zu müssen...ist echt frech! Zumal man ja dennoch zahlt um es zu nutzen! 🙄

We have been watching half of a series then it disappears... Then you find the series through google which tells me how to find my history of videos. We find that to see the end of the series we must pay. Shame on Amazon Prime... I'm really disgusted it isn't made clear up front. Why do they have to be tricky with members. Don't trust them.

Tried to rent a movie with my card, which has been verified and has been on my account for a year now and i have made many purchases before.

Declined, declined, declined.

Over and over again, I thought maybe I'd managed to select an old gift card without realising, nope.

Then I had to jump through all sorts of hoops with customer service trying every single thing, they made me delete and re add my card so many times the website blocked me from doing it again.

I rang my bank to see if there was anything going on on their end and apparently amazon had never even attempted to complete the purchase.

Bought milk from the shop not five minutes later so obviously my card was working.

Genuinely dont know what the problem was even now, I've never had so much trouble using something in my life.
