If I could give No Stars, I would. They are the worse of the worse. Contracts mean nothing. Money Back Guarantee means nothing. The only phone number I had (for my personal rep) quit working soon after APG told me through email that he had "died" and they would be reassigning me. In the last three months I have sent dozens of emails with my phone number and only received two emails back. No phone calls. Oh, but they did ask for more money and for the same items that I had already paid for and they had not delivered. SCAM.

These people are a SCAM! They have invalid links when they set you up with a case manager. I never submitted my story and they are trying to hold my money. This company will steal from you!!
