Very good quality of fish . And very hygienic

I stopped ordering after receiving bad quality fish consecutively for the second time.

Bought a few different types of fish delivered from them.Leakproof packaging and fish was still cold when we got it.Most of it was good but one of the fish(Trevally) was riddled with worms.Contacted customer service on WhatsApp and they said they will look into it and will get back to me the next day.That was a week ago.No response after that.I have messaged them twice after that but I have just been ignored.Never buying from them again.Worst customer service ever.

I have ordered for the first time and so pleased with the quality of the fishes.They were fresh as if caught from the sea and delivered to me straight after.They managed to cut the kingfish slices thin and this would not be possible if the fish would not have been fresh.Thank you and I will always purchase from your shop.

Great quality of fish, I have been buying from here for a long time, previously while living in London and now with their next day delivery. The products are always fresh. Great selection of products too. Definitely recommend them, if you wanna buy fresh fish.

Very fresh quality of sea food, lots of variety frozen food as well, cleanliness above standard, amazing customer service through 1 on 1 customer serving, they give time to customer with detail explanation on products, daily offers on different products as well... This Amber fish shop in Leicester is can't beatable. Damn sure!!

Please avoid buying from this place. So unprofessional....No confirmation of the delivery date..... They do not answer phone or response to emails.
I ordered 3kg of bombay ducks and they sent me 2.5kg... 500g less.

I had quite a terrible experience at the Melton Road branch. The staff were rude and treated me differently to other customers. I still bought the fish and it was not too great in quality. However what made my whole experience worse was that they blocked off a whole street when off loading their vehicle, and then they reversed into my car when they finally decided to park up. No apologies or remorse from the staff at all. Very appalling and not what I expect from a respectful business.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Used the online website for the first time and found it a very pleasant experience. The fish arrived well packed and very fresh. Will recommend to friends and family.
