Amber Car Leasing

Staff at Amber Car Leasing has been quick to respond in terms of processing the lease matters and answering my queries. Even if at one time I suddenly changed my mind in choice of model, they were quick in offering me an alternative solution. The delivery of the car was arranged swiftly and it was delivered to my front door at the scheduled time. I am very happy with the service.

Where do I start in thanking Mark and Gill at Amber Car Leasing for their help in sourcing my new dream car, a BMW 5 Series M-Sport which I took delivery of last week.

Once I had made contact with Mark through their website the whole experience could not have been bettered. He sourced the exact model and colour that I wanted in such a friendly and efficient manner, never once being the pushy salesperson that I have experienced with some other leasing companies in the past.

Gill made the administrative side of the purchase so simple and again conducted the whole process in such a friendly way.

My new car arrived at my house on the specified day without any problems whatsoever and their aftersales interest attention has been second to none.

I have no hesitation at all in recommending Mark and Gill at Amber Car Leasing if you are interested in leasing any make of new car.

Great customer service from initial enquiry to delivery, regular progress reports a major plus. From Gill in office to delivery driver all polite & good to deal with. Delighted with the car too. Highly recommended

Amber Car Leasing went the extra mile when the car manufacturer let me down badly.
Great customer service, highly recommended!!!

Great service, great people to deal with and very efficient

Excellent service and top class customer care provided from start to finish

Got a 2021 3 series bmw. Price was good. Turnaround on the car was fantastic and the general service was great from Gill. Keep it up. :)

My experience with Amber car leasing was good overall. Simon was extremely helpful in finding and securing the car I wanted and kept me well informed. Unfortunately there were some delays on the delivery of the vehicle due to a factory re-call. Although this wasn't the fault of Amber Leasing, I did end up having to liaise directly with the Garage where the vehicle was being held, in order to get some answers. Apart from that the service at Amber Leasing was good.

Top Service, quick service

The team at Amber Car Leasing provided an excellant service from initial quote to delivery. In particular I found Gill to be very responsive with enquiries I had.

As a company we have been using Amber for many years, two more vehicles delivered this month and two collected, all transactions smooth and seamless.
Thank you Gill, professional as ever.

Excellence and friendly staff always on hand to give an update on my order

Fantastic service from start to finish. We have ordered a number of vehicles from Amber car leasing over the years and they always deliver on price and service.

Brilliant service. Quick and fast delivery!

Wow, talk about above & beyond ! Jason & Gill were just amazing to say the least. Due to this crazy world that we’re living in right now, we were about to miss our deadline. However Amber turned a three month situation into 3 weeks through nothing but hard core determination & contacts. This in turn gave us as parents an absolutely magic moment & made our sons birthday a day he’ll never forget. Thank you Amber xoxo

Brilliant service!
The team at Amber were brilliant. Leading a busy work life they did all the chasing for me when the delivery of my vehicle was delayed.
I would recommend them to anyone thinking of leasing a car!
