Very helpful technical department
Very helpful technical department that responed very quickly to my questions. The items I bought arrived safely. Some better descriptions of the products on the website would be an improvement (and reduce the Tech Department's workload!!).

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, I contacted them yesterday regarding a fault, they got back to me straight away and sending out a replacement first class! Two years after purchase!

Underfloor matting as described, came with roller, adhesive and tape (not advertised) wish I had known, as these were bought separately. Unfortunately arrived 1 day after recommended delivery date

Very prompt service
Very prompt service, next day delivery. Since ordering the new underfloor programmable thermostat the old one which was playing up has started to work again. I have not therefore fitted the new one but will do so when it becomes troublesome again.
