You committed credit card fraud and disputed charges. Pretty sure you are the scammer. :)
Deceptive advertising practices (returns are not free- says you agree to this at check out but you do not) and she is beyond rude. Crappy drop ship Chinese items. Also looks like they sell counterfeit loungefly. I wish I had googled this company before buying and saw all the awful reviews.

Yes google the difference between free returns and free return shipping. All of our items are made to order and when returned are donated or destroyed so you are not charged a restocking fee or free shipping repaid or credit card fees charged to you. Free returns. :)
They say free returns but you have to pay to send back. Very misleading and don’t shop this site!!

Yes you knew this and agreed to it at checkout. All of our items are 100% made to order. Printed, sewn, and made to order for you. We don’t charge restocking fees for items made exclusively for you. We recommend reading size charts and asking any questions before ordering.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. customer service is trash and the products aren’t TTS. They didn’t even offer to help even exchange. Basically “maybe you should ask before buying next time” lol what…. The dress is poor quality to begin with and will now have to look for something plus out $40.
This gets less than 1 star as I was called a witch (only with a B) and a piece of crap by Ambrie customer service. Please explain that!
Why does Ambrie keep "Going Out of Business" only to reopen months later? Because this company is a bunch of scammers. And my credit card suddenly had unknown charges on it, after an Ambrie order & it has me wondering if that's a coincidence or not? Please save your money and credit - do not buy any Ambrie products
