I would not have posted a negative review of this company but being treated rudely just isn’t acceptable.
I paid for next working day delivery with this company so that the items I ordered would arrive before my holiday. They didn’t. I contacted Rebecca who said Royal Mail had tried to deliver but no one was in. At the time there were 2 adults and a barry dog at home. When I pointed this out Rebecca just ignored me and didn’t reply! It would have been enough to offer to even just refund the extra postage as a good will gesture rather than ghosting a customer. Very poor customer relations.

Bag arrived broken beginning of December. I made contact with shop same day which they replied quickly that they will look into for me. However no further communication. I have emailed numerous times wanting I arrange return and refund as I bag is useless broken. No reply or anything. Wouldn’t recommend especially for the price I paid for this now useless bag.

I initially ordered a small crossbody bag but realised it was too small for my needs so Rebecca arranged an exchange for the larger one with no problems, excellent customer service.

Great service. The bag I wanted for my wife wasn’t immediately available so the owner sorted an alternative (actually more suitable) one immediately over email. Super helpful. Happy wife. Strong recommend.

Beautiful quality! I have been after a cross body bum bag for a while.
I ordered the bronze, it’s great quality and a good size and value. Lots of pockets. Arrived quickly and beautifully packaged too. Would shop again.
