First time on this web site. My order came within a few days and they were better looking than the photo, just love tham and price was great. `i will be back on the site.

Don't risk it. This is a good website but a front for poor customer service and my emails have been ignored, even though I was sent defective goods. The returns policy refers to cds and books so not sure which company that's been copied from..... Just avoid at all costs.

I ordered the wrong size shoes for a Christmas present , I emailed the company on 22nd December mostly
Expecting it would be too late to retrieve but I received a response within hours from Travis who suggested I reorder the correct size and he would ensure they were sent 1st class the next morning … I received the correct size in time for Christmas morning … so impressed with Travis and the quality of the shoes , my
Son loved them and said they were really comfortable … I will definitely
Use this company again … had no problem returning wrong size and receiving a refund .

Definitely my new "go to" for shoes/boots - amazing footwear & prices are ridiculous (don't put them up too much Amen! :-) )

Service was first class, even when I order a size that were incorrect there was no fuss just returned and refunded . Would certainly buy again ..... in fact I have .

I have had the ladies tattoo boots for a while they are so comfy, I have since purchased a pair of black and another pair of tan Chelsea boots with the herringbone material on them the are so comfortable

Very quick delivery.
Smart shoes, could be worn with a suit but also with jeans, look a lot better than they do in the pictures. Not worn yet so can’t comment on the comfort.

I have contacted them twice about a return as my normal shoe size is too big in their make of shoe, however have had no response. There is no mention of how to return an item on their website either

I'll give it a 5-star because as far as I'm concerned the shoes were they were delivered in the fastest possible time I wore them New Year's Eve and they were brilliant well done

Total cheap quality,when you want a refund you can't get a hold of them luckily pay pal refunded me. Stay away like the plague.
