Hi john you email on Boxing Day and I answered your email and change the address. I answered it from home on Boxing Day when I was off. It went last Thursday when we returned to work. When you emailed yesterday it was the bank holiday for new year. We wear not working but I did change the address ok

I haven’t received my shoes yet
I haven’t received my shoes yet, the purchase process was nice, quick and easy but I never got a confirmation email to say and estimated time for delivery, if the shoes arrive I’ll update my experience. It’s not an unfair review to say I haven’t got the product I bought, it’s the truth. All I needed always a confirmation email to say they are on the way, it’ll take time due to many factors. I totally understand it’s the busy Christmas period amd am being patient and waiting. Amd really looking forward to getting the shoes and trying them out.

This has to be one of the most unfair reviews we have ever had so sad you bought on Christmas Day we close for Christmas on a mon and tue we worked on Wednesday and Thursday to get everything out. We did Royal mail strikes. Have held everything up then we have new year holidays. This is 100% not nice to say we don’t work hard and over Christmas and new year y would you be like this

Hi so sorry for this can you send your order number and I can check this we are only back today after the Christmas holidays I have checked you order Christmas Eve there was 2 days of Royal Mail strikes then mon and Tuesday was Christmas we got everything out on Wednesday and Thursday. Then we have had new year as well this is what happened round holidays. So sorry it’s been a bit long

What a fab shop... Thoroughly impressed with the shoes at such a great price. Thought they might feel cheap but no such thing. Great quality, lovely leather smell, well packaged and super comfortable, which is a job for my size 12 feet 😁 arrived in a few days and top customer service on the chat with 'Steve' who answered all my questions in a friendly professional and informative way. Highly recommended and will definitely be ordering more...😁
