American mint should be shut down and investigated! This is fraudulent clad replica garbage sold with silly certificates of authenticity! My poor mother was fleeced out of thousands and thousands of dollars with this garbage. I'm sorting through it and looking on eBay for resale values. Items she spent $100 plus dollars for are worth 10% at best. This is a complete scam! Anyone working there should be a shamed! My poor elderly mother was scammed out of literally $50,000 to $100,000. They kept Auto sending and billing. I tried sending some back it was very difficult to get a refund or stop the auto charges. I am so so disappointed with this fraudulent company everything is junk!

They have made unauthorized charges to a credit card that I own. They send massive amounts of junk mail and endless email solicitations. Stay far away from this company

I sent authorization for the "President Trump - Our Movement Pure Gold Commemorative Coin" to be reserved with the payment plus shipping & handling. I have heard absolutely nothing from the company but the check I sent shows it has been cashed on my bank statement. American Mint needs to make sure the coin gets delivered since it has been paid for. If it is out of stock, then send me back a check for the $26.90 I paid in good faith. Thank you

Overpriced products and forcing payment for things I never requested?
Like many I saw this service as a way to get cool gifts for my father here and there. He really likes the coins and collector items but after a couple orders they started sending me bills for 10x what my dads coin cost. They said I agreed to some ongoing collection because of something I DIDNT cross off the list on the mailer. Instead of selecting what you want you have to select what you don’t want. I am a social media influencer and am about to have a hay day with this on Insta FB Twitter and TikTok. Hopefully someone can help me with this scam before I have to start posting about them abusing the elderly and those like me with poor vision. I keep getting letters and the act is #034952608. Names Mike if someone knows a solution I would be much appreciated.

Got a random letter in the mail saying I have an account 090174918 yet I have never even heard of American Mint before what kind of scam is this? I just hope they don't try to send me any products and expect me to pay for them.

Well, You cannot access it online, they have to place orders, cancel shipments, send you a return label by
phone only. They did say to me yesterday their system is down but their online platform isn't supported they said today. I had to cancel any further shipments today because what they sent me for the return label I did not order.
by phone, yesterday they supposed to send me a link to obtaining a return label but they couldn't reach my email. They told it could be on their end or mine, but that sounds like blaming the consumer.

This was a scam, a remote job scam. I was contacted by someone named Kelly latchaw. Who offered me a remote job for this American Mint LLC. They didn’t run a background check didn’t want my direct deposits info and sent me a fraud check from TD bank to cash. It of course was flagged, none of the money was put into my account. In these times of need where life is so expensive they really are trying to SCAM people when we’re just looking for jobs. DISGRACEFUL.
*added* The same check they sent me is on scam.com just like the others they have fooled. Promising a good job with benefits in this economy only to scam people is absolutely trifling.

When a company uses the name "American," it should be representative of the moral's and value's of respectable business conduct. I have read the reviews and I have strong concerns.
After placing an order and waiting a week. I wondered when/if I might see the product or a tracking number. Please do not subscribe me into a program that I did not action(that means, I took action or pursued to be part of).

I have learn a bit more. There is special pricings which affords you a substantial discount (default) "collect and save." The caveat is they send you a collector coin for previewing. Which you can send back. "Full Disclosure," may be a better approach. SUMMARY This company could do themselves a favor by fully disclosing the program and moving the default option to "Individual Item only." Providing someone the option to save is great. But practices that appear deceptive do not lend themselves to happy customers. In the end the company did do the right thing. But, it will cost them a customer.

The ordering of the items was great however the receiving of the items were not!! I have my item numbers and was told by customer service they were on back order. If that were true, I wouldn't have had the item certificate number. I've had difficulty with items being stolen through the postal service, and tracking numbers sent to me not appearing in the usps informed delivery or tracking package website and issues involving my address and identity and it is upsetting they (postal service) and law enforcement allow this to continue after being notified.

My brother ordered a bowie knife for my uncle for christmas as a one time purchase, to which i find out one month later was a lie as the company decided to enroll him in a subscription service and charging 113 dollars after receiving a knife none of us ordered. I called the customer service number and spoke with a stacy who said she would send me a return label which i appreciated but what i do not appreciate is a sleezy predatory company trying their money-grabbing tactics on my brother for a simple christmas gift. (and such a cheaply made one at that, terrible knife making) so overall- do not buy from this company.

As every other review has stated: this company relies on people to not read terms and conditions to make extra money off the initial purchase you make with them. They will reply and say well if you had read it and crossed off the optional collectible program you would have...... seriously? instead of the option to check a box if you want to be enrolled into this ''optional'' program you just assume people want to be in it that have simply not read into the mail. My cheap order of a coin for my fathers birthday has turned into a headache over a sleazy companys tactics to entrap peoples money. Predatory company
American Mint sent several coins that were neither ordered nor wanted and out of confusion ( their solicitations are fraudulently made to look like bills or tax forms) 3 out of 6 shipments were paid for and when I call to try to settle the account/return the unordered items they say their "systems are down" which after reading several reviews here is most definitely a stalling tactic if not an out and out lie. If I don't get help today I may be forced to contact my lawyer to settle the matter.

I sent Amercian Mint an email to stop sending items that they except me to pay for when I did not order them.

This statement is also a backup to the email requesting no further business is to be conducted between the two of us. I have requested a return postage paid shipping label to return from invoice #2 and account 033582912

This company preys on the elderly. My grandfather ordered one coin and was sent 3, at $104.41/ea. We called and “their systems were down”, seems sketchy. Surprised there has not been a class action lawsuit against this predatory company, you can’t charge people for what they didn’t order. Funny enough we had sent back items before with a request to cease, however my grandpa got this invoice again. It appears others are suffering at the hands of this company, hopefully they are shut down ASAP before more grandparents are preyed upon.

As many folks before - my wife liked the Commander in Chief GIG4Kart and we ordered - and were tricked onto Registered Collector status ??? The price we paid seemed high, but then we started receiving invoices for some ten times MORE money! I requested to stop our Registered Collector status, take us off the list, stop sending harassing invoices - email June 24, registered letter June24 - so far no reaction.Acc # 033304424; John Pawlowski. What more can I do?
