All together I was on the phone about 10 minutes start to finish and then a day or two later was contacted to schedule the replacement and also as required per recall for driver assist system my lane departure and collusion avoidance. When the job was completed I was asked to please do an inspection and signed to submit my approval of the job. I was offered information about the existing customer referral program bonus. Free 100 dollar check in the mail simply for telling anyone that I notice needs a windshield replacement to give my name as the referral when they call to get it done, at no cost to them through the comprehensive insurance coverage available to them. Almost the only Suprise I ever get when I go to check the mail. Easiest 100 dollars I recall making in a long time. I'll continue to gladly recommend this company as long as the quality of work remains the same and of course that 100.
