I ordered a harvia cilindro and got a harvia spirit. They offered me no exchange service whatever I had to sent the spirit back and order the new one. In my opinion if you make a mistake you do everything to fix it properly. I had to to make some adjustments to the sauna to make it fit and let them know I did this.

No thank you no nothing.

After all was setup our technician was unable to find a correctly electrical diagram, we mailed both harvia and amilano. As amilano is promoting they have excellent 24/7 service I did not expect no answer 4 days later zero answer.

Serious buy your heater if your from Holland from an authorized dealer because this is 10x crap

Ich wollte bei Fa. Amilano zwei Dampfduschbänke kaufen. Hierzu hatte ich noch zwei technische Fragen. Leider hält es die Fa. Amilano nicht für nötig Emails zu beantworten noch ein Anruf entgegen zu nehmen. Auch "Fragen zum Produkt" werden nicht beantwortet, obwohl dieses auf der jeweiligen Produktseite angeboten wird.

Ik heb voor het eerst een bestelling bij dit bedrijf geplaatst en had ter voorbereiding als voorzichtige klant de reviews op trustpilot gelezen. Die waren nogal gemengd. Ik heb echter zo'n uitzonderlijk goeie ervaring met het bedrijf gehad dat ik er aan houd dat hier toch even te melden. Bedrijf was super responsief tijdens het traject van de aankoop en heeft er zelfs voor gezorgd dat onze order prioriteit kreeg zodat onze installateur het product tijdig kon plaatsen. Niets dan lof dus voor dit bedrijf!

This report is for amilano.shop, I do not know how it is connected to amilano.de or they are not connected. So I made order in website amilano.shop 14 Sep. the shop failed to deliver the the order. I tried to contac the webshop, so fare I was ignored, I requested to refund on that I also did not receive any answers. On other hand I did the same order on the amilano.de, I was contacted ant they explained that they do not have in stock and I receive refund. If I will not get any explanation from amilano.shop I will be forms to make radical steps and inform authorities in Germany to investigate it.

The delivery was really nice, but the customer service after they sent me the wrong product is non-existent, they take between 5 - 7 days to answer an email and drag it out really badly.

seit über einem Jahr besteht bei unserem Ofen ein Defekt, den wir mehrfach gemeldet haben. Leider wurde das Gerät bisher weder repariert noch ersetzt. Auf unsere E-Mails erhalten wir keinerlei Antwort.

Wir haben inzwischen ein Gerät eines anderen Herstellers im Einsatz, das einwandfrei funktioniert – der Fehler lag also eindeutig nicht an unserer Installation. Auch zahlreiche Bewertungen bei Amazon zeigen, dass viele andere Kunden mit demselben Modell die gleichen Probleme haben. Vorletzte Woche haben die uns versprochen neuen Ofen zuzuschicken, was bis heut noch nicht geschehen ist und auf Nachrichten wieder nicht reagiert. Das geht jetzt alles zum Anwalt und dass die Finger von dieser Firma

Trying to contract than about this has proved impossible. I’ve emailed loads of times, and called countless times over the last 2 weeks and had no response whatsoever. Nothing. The phone line just rings. I would stay away from this company. If anything changes, I’ll update this review.

Ho aquistato da questa Azienda un po' tutto quello che serve per costruire una sauna a casa,dal legname alla porta in vetro e tantissimi accessori e devo dire che sono rimasto stupefatto .Ottimi materiali,ottimi prezzi,spedizione veloce,meritate pienamente 5 stelle, Bravi e Grazie

Erste Bestellung war top, Ware besser als vermutet! Nun nochmals bestellt, nach 2 Tagen kommt morgen die Lieferung. Es wäre nur top, wenn die Warenbestände schneller aufgefüllt werden würden. Sonst gern wieder!

Wir haben dort das gesamte Saunaholz bestellt und waren sehr zufrieden. Leider hat der Transportdienst das Holz beschädigt, aber auch die Reklamation wurde problemlos abgewickelt. Sowohl per Mail als auch telefonisch schnelle und nette Unterstützung.
Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dort etwas bestellen. Website sehr übersichtlich und man hat schnell und problemlos alle notwendigen Informationen gefunden.
Tolle Holzqualität und das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen.

Ich habe Saunasteine bei Amilano bestellt. Es wurden günstigere, komplett andere Steine, mit anderer Artikelbezeichnung, Art.nummer und anderem Aussehen geliefert. Per E-Mail meldete ich die Reklamation mit Foto an. Keine Entschuldigung, nichts..nur der Hinweis, dass ich einen zusätzlichen Karton besorgen müsse um den Artikel ohne Schaden zurückzusenden. Der Herstellerkarton reiche nicht aus. Für die Lieferung an mich aber anscheinend schon. Um meinen bestellten Artikel zu bekommen, sendete ich das 20kg Paket allerdings schnell zurück. Auf meine Bitte, meinen Artikel zeitgleich zu versenden wurde geantwortet, dass das erst passiert wenn sie ihre Reklamation erhalten haben. Nun warte ich seit 2 Wochen nach Reklamation immernoch auf meine Ware. Keine Antwort mehr auf Nachfragen per Mail, keine Möglichkeit beim Telefonsupport jemanden zu erreichen. Schlechteste Onlineshop-Erfahrung, die ich je hatte.

Ich habe das Holz für meine Saunabank und einen Saunaofen mit Zubehör bei Amilano bestellt. Leider kam es wegen einem Transportschaden und einem Fehler im Amilano Webshop zu Reklamationen meinerseits. Das Team von Amillano hat umgehend darauf reagiert und meine Beanstandungen zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst. Ich kann den Shop sehr empfehlen und würde jeder Zeit wieder dort bestellen.

Cheap yes buy support is terrible. No communication or help. The contractor in my sauna burnt out after 2 months. After loads of messages videos pictures they sent me a spare part in the post with no explanation. It looks like nothing else inside the sauna and no matter how hard I tried to get them to tell me what to do with it I've given up. Useless if anything goes wrong.

I ordered a sauna heater, stones and a chimney package to the UK. Delivery took less than a month (not bad considering the distance). Amilano replied quickly to my email. I would recommend this company. Thank you!

Muy bien, pedí la estufa Harvia y todo fue sencillo desde el primer momento de la compra. Mandan mails avisandote de cómo van preparando tu pedido, de que han recibido el pago y del número de seguimiento de tu paquete con su fecha estimada de entrega. Tardó 4 días desde Alemania a España. Me sentí muy cómoda durante todo el proceso y la estufa llegó bien embalada y funciona en perfectas condiciones.
