They placed a winning bid on my car via Car wow but have been ignoring me ever since. I have been chasing them for over a week and noone has contacted me. I have tried phoning and emailing. Wasted my time, and the car has been off other selling sites as I was assured they were verified dealer. Don't waste your time with a company that can't even be bothered to speak to you.

purchased a car from this dealership in May, expecting it to be safe and reliable—especially as we have a toddler and a newborn due soon. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing.

Since buying the car, we’ve had nonstop issues. The vehicle has been unreliable, and the problems have been ongoing rather than isolated. To make matters worse, the car has been with Nissan for repairs since October, leaving us without a vehicle for an extended period of time.

This situation has caused significant stress and inconvenience for our family. We specifically chose to buy a car to support our growing family, and instead we’ve been left without transport when we need it most.

What’s even more concerning is that, after looking through other reviews, it’s clear that we are not the only ones experiencing these kinds of problems. There appears to be a pattern of similar issues reported by other customers, which raises serious concerns about the quality of vehicles being sold and the after-sales support provided.

Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this dealership. The car we were sold has proven to be faulty, and the lack of a timely resolution has only added to the frustration.

Reply to amin motors: The car was brought by my husband we have the same surname the car was a Nissan Navara 2.3 dCi Tekna 4WD Euro 6 (s/s) 4dr the purchase was made on 23rd June. Definitely have posted on the correct dealership as your details are over our paperwork and emails.

We are currently paying over £6,000 to have the car properly repaired, so a £1,600 warranty claim is nowhere near sufficient in comparison. This situation has been especially difficult for us with a newborn on the way, and your response comes across as dismissive and patronising.

I have clearly stated the issues in my review, and I am more than happy to send you the invoice for the repairs as evidence.

The stress and financial burden this has caused our family is significant, and for that reason I will not be removing my review. From our experience, it is clear that the vehicle was sold with serious faults, and your response does not demonstrate any willingness to take meaningful responsibility beyond the limited warranty claim.

I can only imagine that your attempted phone call would have been to pressure us into taking the review down, which is not acceptable. Unless you are willing to make a meaningful contribution towards the repair costs or help us cover the outstanding amount, we do not have anything further to discuss.

A £1,600 contribution against a £6,000 repair does not resolve the issue, and your handling of this situation only reinforces my concerns. I stand by my review and feel it is important to warn others before purchasing from this dealer.

Be careful buying from here I purchased a van which later turned out was illegally modified and could only of been done by amin motors mechanics and after sales is shocking which in the end cost me thousands beware buying from here if I could of given zero star I would of purchase from a more reputable van sales as it will cost you thousands and like me you could be driving an illegal vehicle around this was all confirmed by Citroen who said this was one of the worst botched vas they had seen

Amin Garage brought the car to me to test drive and took my old car away as part exchange. The driver was very courteous honest and friendly and easy to talk to. Very happy with everything and would reccomend them to anyone buying a car.

i wanted to part exchange my car, their online valuation was £9800 (similar to everyone else) but they had a van i wanted so i thought this would be a good deal. Once i called up to sort out the details the sales guy then offered me £7000 this is an absolute joke! then i need to talk to my manager BS then started. I hung up they lost out on a sale! sold my car for £10065 in the end

I cannot praise Amin Motors highly enough. It’s always a worry buying a second hand car, but with Amin Motors you can rest assured that you are getting a car that is first class. I have finally found a dealer who I have complete trust in and would not hesitate to recommend Amin Motors in a heart beat. My vehicle came with a new mot, fully AA inspected and serviced. My family are over the moon so thank you Amin Motors so much and if I change my car in the future I know where I’ll be going to again.

Amin Motors honest & reliable.
Used cars make me nervous and it is rare to find someone I trust. Hence, I was very careful checking out the company and the car. My research and my interactions with the people assured me that Amin motors are very genuine and professional, the car itself is excellent. I've waited a few weeks to see if there were any hidden flaws, but have found none. Do your own homework, but for my part, I've no regrets and am happy to recommend.

I would give dealer zero star if possible. DO NOT TRUST. I bought the car over one year ago for over 19k plus delivery charge. There were some faults I pointed out to him when the car arrived - which he had not informed me.On the phone, he sounded a good, genuine person, so I overlooked them and purchased the car. A section of the driver seat had been replaced , which was agreed prior to sale as it was damaged. My son pointed this out on the phone to the seller, as it looked different - shiny and smooth texture. He said this was not the area that was replaced. This is UNTRUTHFUL as the section he said he did not replace - the coating is now peeling off. The material is thin and of poor quality. Now he is saying I did not care for the car, that's why it's peeling off.
Unfortunately, I trusted him. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING OF THIS SELLER AND DON'T FALL FOR HIS SWEET TALK.

I bought a 2016 Audi A5 from this family-run garage. Since I stepped in the office and met them, I never doubted the legitimacy and services of them. Everything was well explained to me and I was given my time to check the car and got every feedback I asked for. Trust them fully. I wish more garages were like this.
