Student support is really bad ever since they have stopped taking mails at studentsupport@amity online.com it is just going downhill. Now you have to do it through your online portal, and without actually resolving the issue they declare the issue resolved.
i have had to wait a year to get my degree because of a technical glitch (not on my end) during one of my exam in my last semester and it’s almost been a year i still don’t have my degree.

Just don't ever take admission in amity online. I'm doing mca ai/ml TCS iON paying nearly 70k per sem in 2026 and no regular classes. There were 4 classes in July 8 in August and no classes for 2 subjects like other 2 subjects doesn't even exist. No fix timing for any class. Very unprofessional,NEVER TAKE ADMISSION IN AMITY ONLINE

Doing my MBA here and their AI mentor Prof Ami has helped me a lot to get quick insights of a chapter. Even in late night , , I rewatch tricky topics 2-3 times. just moving on confused and assignments submission through the LMS is so simple no back and forth emails or anything.

Very disappointed with my experience with Amity Online. I took admission expecting proper guidance and support, but so far I have not received my books, I’m not getting proper notifications about classes or college activities, and I’m still confused about how to use the website/portal.

No one has properly guided me after admission. The promises and commitments made to me at the time of admission are also not being fulfilled.

I have paid my fees expecting a proper online education experience, but instead I’m extremely frustrated and feel completely unsupported. I hope Amity Online takes this seriously and resolves these issues. If the promised services cannot be provided, I would also like to know about the refund process.

My experience with Amity University Online has been extremely disappointing. The biggest issue has been the lack of proper guidance and support for students. I was given misleading information by the counselor regarding my specialization, and after making the decision based on that guidance, I realized that the actual course requirements were very different.
What is even more frustrating is that despite repeatedly contacting the university and explaining the situation, I feel that my concern has not been properly heard or addressed. Students invest significant time and money in their education and deserve accurate information, responsible counseling, and genuine support.

I am in my third year of BBA, hustling with a 9 to 6 job and continuing my education from my hometown… for me, the biggest advantage is the amity world digital campus that provides me an full fledged college experience via apps like Besocial, where i can connect with online and offline students as well.

Will not recommend amity ever to anyone .Extremely disappointed with the exam booking system. Once a time slot is booked, there is absolutely no flexibility even in genuine emergency situations. What's worse is the student support team behaves like deaf and dumb pillars-called a helpline, but in reality completely useless, careless, and unresponsive. Very frustrating experience.

I already said to them i already joined another course. But still they are calling me messaging me and emails also. Very irritating. It's about 5 months. Very disappointing from your side. How they can destroy our mental peace. Very irritating. In a day, there will be 3 or 4 calls. I can't manage my mental health because of them. So please don't call, message, mailing me🙏.. please 🙏I will never recommend this University.

My daughter Akashleena Majumdar (8777538852) paid Rs 23800/- for MBA online 3 months ago. Till today no confirmation is made, no money receipt is given. The helpline number is flatly telling they can't help it. Student support mail is not responding.

Rebecca and Kriti Gusian convinced me to enroll by claiming that this university had international programs, but my experience was completely different. For the past one and a half years, they have repeatedly promised to refund my money, yet I have not received anything.
Whenever I ask for an update, I am passed from one colleague to another instead of getting a solution. I even provided bank accounts in the United States, India, and Afghanistan to make the refund process easier, but the refund has still not been processed.
They have blocked me on WhatsApp, do not answer my calls, and ignore my messages while continuing to make promises that are never fulfilled.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend studying at this university. I found their conduct unprofessional and misleading.

I do not recommend the university. Every process is useless. I have been writing emails regarding a particular update on email address and phone number yet even in 4 months it has not been resolved. Student support is bad and inconvenient. I expected them to do better than this.

Updating my earlier review — I have finally received my Original Hard Copy Mark Sheets. The process took longer than expected, but I appreciate the support team for ultimately resolving the issue and ensuring the documents were delivered. Although the condition of the package/documents upon arrival was not fully satisfactory.

Communication and timelines could definitely be improved for students in the future, but I’m glad the matter has now been resolved. Thank you to the team for the final assistance and support.

This university is a fraud. I enrolled for MCA in this university for 2 years and payed Rs. 160000 fee . And in the last semester, they are suddenly saying that you are not part of our university. Not answering phone calls. Not answering emails

Am thankful that am not a part of this university. Absolutely rubbish student support and rest of the team. Didn’t send my refund since 3 months. I can’t believe that this is an international university.

This is the worst university i have ever seen , they are just making money nothing else .
First they promised me to give 15% scholarship but they denied after admission .
Now they are charging hefty amount of charges or fines every other day.
Examination results are all fake .

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of proper academic guidance and resolution support. Despite multiple follow-ups over a long period, I was never clearly informed about the specific subjects required for re-examination. This led to unnecessary exam attempts, resulting in loss of time, effort, and money.

After years of delay, a new condition regarding “continuation period” is now being cited, which was never communicated earlier at any stage.

Due to non-issuance of my degree certificate, I have also faced serious professional setbacks, including loss of employment opportunities.

I strongly urge the institution to improve transparency, student guidance, and accountability in handling such critical academic matters.

I am writing this to formally rate University Online for a severe deficiency in service, misleading communication, and ongoing harassment regarding the non-delivery of my academic study materials for my 4th Semester.
Despite paying my tuition and fees in full at the start way back 2024 , and successfully completing my 3rd Semester on January 31, 2026, I have still not received the required study materials, which has significantly impacted my academic progression.
I have always received books with a delay of 2-3 months, even after so many feedbacks.
I have raised multiple support tickets with the university (Ticket IDs: 2581091, 2540480, and 2582290). Despite these continuous follow-ups, the university’s support team +91 8826334455) has only provided automated responses and false updates. The telephone number is chatbot.
