The lashes were broken upon opening and customer services didn't offer a partial refund or replacement, but instead told me I should have read the description which says they are 'delicate'. Why bother selling something if it's not effective for use?

I ordered a Facemask and eye mascara from AmorBeauty.co, it arrived in 7 Days, I am based in the UK. Was very happy with my purchase, that I have ordered the mascara several times more. Good brand, they have some really nice products too.

Dont bye from this site, I ordered I December of 2020. It is now April 2021 and I have not heard from them, the only thing that happened was them taking the money from my account. I have been texting them over 4 times on mail and on Instagram, but I got no answer. So bad wish I could give them a zero stars.

Wish I could give them no stars. Ordered opi polish and received email saying dispatched 6 April delivery expected 15 April. After lots of emails blaming the pandemic and to give it time they said it had gone to wrong address. They sent me a notification saying about all the problems in America keeping workers safe and not full workforce etc. Then I got one saying it’s passed through Chicago on 14 June. Repeatedly asked for refund prior to this. They don’t listen. They then sent me a load of bst about Canada problems in April and May with international shipping. It’s now 26th June. It’s never going to arrive. Don’t want the product anymore. Don’t normally check who the supplier is when shopping on amazon. Now I will always check.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars because this company is a complete scam! I should’ve realized sooner but the website doesn’t even have a listen phone number. The email listed didn’t respond to my emails for months and finally I demanded a refund and the women said no and that it would be shipped and that it was “in customs”. Complete B.S. and i STRONGLY recommend to STAY AWAY from this company.

Don’t buy from this site. I have ordered an item and it didn’t come. Not only that but they won’t answer me on my emails for a refund. The worst! I hope someone will go to the police and close them.

April 16th I ordered polygel nails, some gel polish and a uv light.
April 24th i recieved an email stating it shipped.

May 27th asking about how long it usually takes. They responded with its getting processed through customs. Ok.

Today. June 10th still nothing. I did send another email to them but I'm waiting for a response..

I've learned the hard way that you should absolutely do your research before you buy! And the fact that the website shows people from surrounding states have bought something is false advertising as it seems like the company is in the states... they are not.

I ordered the poly gel nail kit and it took about a month for it to come in. It came in with absolutely no instruction on how to work them so experimented for a little while. Finally, after about an hour of frustration, I watched a video on it. I got hopefully watching this video and followed all the instructions and it was still a failure. The gel was extremely sticky and hard to work with, every nail I tried to do just came off with the glue. NEVER PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. The worst thing that I have ever spent my money on and the biggest waste of time imaginable. Go to a nail salon.

It's been a month since I ordered PolyGel Nail Kit and it still hasn't arrived. I have received an email with a tracking number and confirmation but nothing came. I am an IT worker and I can easily shut down their website and find their location through the IP address. The police will be happy another pair of swindlers.

I bought a product in may and they didn't send me, I can't contact to them. Liars.

1 star is way to much. They don't send items... They don't reply on emails... They should be kicked off of the internet...

Har bestilt og skrevet til dem men ingen respons udover 1. mail hvor der kom et standardsvar. Deres varer er elendig kvalitet (se kommentarer) så hold jer væk og advar gerne andre.

I ordered the Polygel Nail kit almost a month ago. Ive been emailing them and seeing if i had an estimated delivery date or if i could get a tracking number, then i emailed them about even returning the product since I was upset about the lack of communication i got from this company. I emailed this company 3 times, and got the same response every single time, stating that it would take 12-30 days for it to deliver, but its been longer than that. Hopefully i can get my product within the next two months, and if not i will never be ordering from this company again.

I ordered a flawless color changing foundation in April, still haven't received anything two months later. I didn't even receive a confirmation email, nothing. I have been trying to get in touch with them, but I receive no answers. I will never order from them again, I, and many others have propably been scammed. They don't even deserve the 1 star rating.

I ordered a at home nail kit on May 11 and it’s now may 19. I received a confirmation email and then but nothing since. I emailed the company twice and still have not gotten a reply. I give this company a 0 out of 10. Never ordering from here again and I’m sure as hell never recommending this site to a friend.

I ordered my 4D lash mascara from Amorbeauty.co (not .com or .co.nz just .co) on January 29, 2019. I received confirmation that it has been shipped on February 9th. Due to the shipping taking a long time and USPS not scanning my order at any given time, the customer service representative “Sam” sent a replacement order on February 21st. It’s been 2 months and 2 weeks as of today since my original order was placed. The tracking number for the “replacement order” still gives the same update which was added on March 12th. Today is April 9th and I’ve asked for a refund too many times, no reply from “Sam” or anyone from that company. The tracking number also indicated that the country of origin of the product is in China, not US or Canada, but they said they shipped through USPS. So... I don’t know at this point. I’d score them 0 stars if that’s possible. Last reply from “Sam” was March 14th. If this isn’t unacceptable experience and unreasonable, I don’t know what is. 2 months and 2 weeks is just too much.
