This company is a scam. Never received product and attempting to blame me for their product not arriving. Refusing a refund starting i refused the item. Do not buy anything from this company.

Ordered some tank tops - never recieved and they are telling me that the carrier says they were delivered - unable to determine the company I can request a refund for the purchase ! Very frustrating!

This company charged more than what I was suppose to pay for (2) products that they say they shipped, but I never received. So, I emailed them at support@ amountofus (.)com to find out where my products were. They said they checked with their carrier and the carrier said it was delivered. Then they gave me bogus information... that I should check with my post office to see what happened to my shipment. Really? I want to talk to the same carrier that told you my products were shipped. Both are separate entities. Duh... then came the "crickets" who answered my following emails.

I purchased a few items from this company, then immediately tried to cancel the order due to it seeming fraudulent. I sent an email, they replied stating that it was too late but I could return the items once received. A month later, I received the items and requested a return slip to send it back. The vendor has negotiated how much money they would compensate me in lieu of me returning the item because shipping is “too expensive.” They offered $4 then $8, then $10, then $12 when my purchase was around $60. I told them $45 would be fair, since shipping would be around $20 and also requested a return slip several times and was completely denied. I’m out money, and was given some useless merchandise. They suck. Stay away.

I ordered two olive oil sprayers and one arrived faulty. The spray mechanism was broken. The company after several emails refused to refund me the full amount I paid or replacethe item. I would not recommend using this company.

Have been waiting for my item now for 7 weeks. Have contacted the company twice. First time to check progress of the parcel and second time to request a refund. On both occasions the carrier company was given the blame for the lengthy delay and no refund. I contacted the carrier company direct and to date no reply. I suspect I am not going to receive this parcel. Very poor customer experience

Bait and Switch! Buyer beware. I ordered an MA38 magnetic phone tripod and 22 days later a cheap knock off arrived. Their online store front boasts 7-15 shipping. They have terrible customer service. Do not purchase from Amountofus.com
