Was a bit dubious with some of the claims on the website and other reviews, but I cannot recommend AMS enough. I am an extremely critical person, but from Luke taking the first call through to Shanita at the end, the process has been seamless. I will definitely recommend and bear in mind for the future.

I am a self-employed contractor working outside IR35, who has recently set up as Ltd company.
I had reached out to various mortgage brokers who all said the same thing "its not possible to get a mortgage, you will need a minimum of 2 years books" so I had pretty much given up. A few weeks had passed and I thought I may as well try, the worst anyone can say is no. I had spoken to Access Mortgage Solutions and they said YES! from start to finish they have been professional, helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend to everyone.

AMS has been absolutely amazing in securing a mortgage for me when other companies couldn't, and for that, I am truly grateful. I used their services for a Right to Buy (RTB) mortgage, which can be quite a headache dealing with the Council.
