AMS, namely Alex, Claire & Shanita have been absolutely great in their service. From beginning of process to end they truly did an amazing job. The level of service we received was impeccable and despite it got arduous at times, I must commend their for their patience and professionality. We also appreciated their responsiveness and their ability to give us a useful explanation for any queries we had. All in all AMS has been amazing and would definitely recommend to anyone

My only feedback is they asked for documents and didn't send all of them to the mortgage company. Further to this there were a few documents requested later on that could have been anticipated. But other thank that it was a good service

I called AMS after my original morgage offer fell through due to some (what I thought) were slightly unusual circumstances. This was no problem for AMS, Luke took it all on board and I've had a mortgage offer within a week.

Long story short, I was having issues arranging a mortgage due to previous credit problems and a less than ideal deposit.
Alex Silver pulled out all the stops and managed to do in a week, what a previous company couldn’t in a month.
David McCrum also helped out massively at the beginning and when ‘it was being passed to a colleague’ filled me with anxiety, this turned out to be unnecessary.
All of the team were quick to respond, communicative and went above and beyond what was expected.
I would be happy to use them again and I’d be sure to recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

I’ve used AMS many times and the fact that I keep returning, speaks for itself. Professional from start to finish, very quick decision and they were on it immediately, with what was required to get accepted and start the ball rolling.

I cannot speak highly enough of Luke, Claire and Shanita I thought a mortgage was absolutely out of the question and I have now received my offer. At no point have I felt judged or patronised for past financial mistakes. I cannot recommend this company more highly

Our case was complex but Luke and Claire worked hard to ensure we maneuvered through all the obstacles successfully. As FTBs, we were anxious and had lots of questions, but they did not mind us emailing and calling constantly, they responded professionally always. Mortgage approved yesterday.

Luke was our first point of call at AMS mortgages. Luke was professional answered all of our questions and was responsive to emails and phone. The whole experiencewith ASM has been fantastic! Fast efficient, friendly and they have patience of a saint! It really is true if they can't do it no one can! We nearly gave up till we contacted ASM and they not once let us down. Don't hesitate in giving them a try. You won't regret it. ☆☆☆☆☆

Overall I have had a good experience with AMS mortgages. They are helpful and responsive. The only reason it isnt 5 stars is that I had to repeat a lot of information I provided initially at other stages in the process. Information I provide should be accessible to all staff in the chain so that I dont need to keep repeating myself.
