You're right, the package has been held by FEDEX since March 5, as it has been held in customs. Unfortunately, we have no influence on it, but some packages are so checked.
As for what depended 100% on us, you placed your order on March 1 and we already shipped it on 2. We did our best.

As for your order, you placed it on January 13 and ... we shipped it the same day! You may have received the confirmation in SPAM.
When placing your order, you were informed that the delivery time is: Monday (24 January) - Tuesday (8 February)

Kuwait LETTERS MAIL SORTING CENTER -> Send item to domestic location (Inb)
