You may have COVID go get tested, that’s all the doctor said. It seemed like he wasn’t concerned about anything else so that was frustrating.

Highly Satisfied

I was skeptical at first but was very satisfied with the visit. The doctor correctly diagnosed my problem and prescribed the correct medicine to cure the issue.

Amwell does not prescribe Suboxone

Amwell does not prescribe Suboxone, even though I specifically asked if they did, and they told me yes. They did refund my money quickly

Tried to make an appointment by phone

Tried to make an appointment by phone, still waiting. Co payment for a dermatologist $79 before insurance. This service was supposed to be cheaper than in person but it is not. This is a reap off.

AmWell HR is unethical

AMwell hiring process was pretty unethical. They sign you up and give you a welcome letter and then have you do all their online training approximately 30 hours of on-site training. After they hire all the candidates they send out a letter that they had unfortunately hired too many nurse practitioners or PAs or didn’t anticipate the COVID-19 situation to be what it was. When you asked to get paid for that 30 hours of training they deny that they have to pay you the 30 hours of training. Highly illegal to do to people in Washington state. Don’t waste your time! Move forward and find an ethical employer. FYI they will not send you full-time work. You would possibly get 1 to 2 patients a day. Their platform and training as a bunch of malarkey. Go online and read other reviews about being hired by this company. Don’t use their website to find the reviews look at other websites

Inconsistent service and incompetent…

Inconsistent service and incompetent doctors. One day you call and the doctor is helpful and willing to do his job, next time you get Utubaba from the middle east making a thousand excuses as to why he needs to prescribe otc medication instead of actual medication, doesn’t even understand you and his personal phone is ringing. Don’t use this service, it’s a waste of money.
