UPS charged me an additional $76.02 for…
UPS charged me an additional $76.02 for the delivery of the package due to customs which I had to pay before they delivered the package to me even though I already paid shipping costs with my order.
I was not informed that I had to pay this fee. I sent an email to your company to reach out about this issue on February 1, 2024, and never received a reply.
I am not satisfied with my experience regarding additional costs that I had to incur that was not communicated to me prior to the delivery of the package.

This company does everything well.I have been buying from them since 2021.If you want any dimension you will get it from them.They have good fabric and I especially like the details you get from them as concerns the sizing,length of the curtains you want.Ask them anything they will give you the details.And I love them because they also communicate with you on whatsapp.They have very good customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
The product we ordered came with a big dirty spot. I asked for a refund and was told they will only pay us $15.00 to get the spot cleaned.
I will never order from the site again, don't order from them, you are stuck with what ever you buy. There are no refunds.

Ordered bronze grommet
Ordered bronze grommet, received with silver..E-mailed as soon as I received and to notify company of situation. Received response 2 days later, saying too late orders were shipped. No phone number available to contact. Curtains are pretty, should have gotten lined, as they were more see through than I thought, not bad though.

Using as a shower curtain
I ordered one panel & using as a shower curtain. It makes the guest bath feel so put together! The fabric is super high quality as well as sowing. I didn’t catch the shiny white for the lining. Would have chosen a more flat white but it looks good regardless. Thank you

They sent me an email right away to make sure I received the correct sizes. They really want to get things right. I received my drapes earlier than expected and I love them.
