The curtains are beautifully made and the fabric is gorgeous! My order arrived in four days, such a surprise. I would highly recommend this company .

There was a mistake with my order and Customer service resolved it and shipped me the correct item quickly. I'm very happy with my curtains.

I’ve looked for curtains for a couple years. I didn’t want to cover my window due to the design, but I did want a little privacy. I saw theses on Pinterest and had to have them. They look just as good on my window as in the ad. I love them.

These curtains are beautiful! We’re renovating, so I’m trying to wait patiently until I can hang them. Thank you for the alterations. I’ll be back!

Excellent shopping experience and very fast shipping. I ordered pillow cases and the craftsmanship is impeccable.

The curtains had a funky yellowish brown backing instead of the white I had ordered. I sent three emails, no reponse. I called the customer service number, it's not connected. I finally got a response via a text message after a full month of trying to return the curtains. It said they were sending curtains and I didn't have to send the other ones back. I had already ordered (and received) other curtains and requested a refund. I have yet to get a response to that request.

Shipping was faster than expected. Drapes are heavy and well made. Only one complaint; there are small wads of loose thread caught between the curtain fabric and the backing fabric. Due to the light color of the ombre pattern these wads of thread show through. I'm not willing to take a seam ripper to the panels just yet. Still enjoying the beauty and benefits.

The drapes exceeded my expectations. Fine quality. Beautiful workmanship. Hung up right out of the packaging and no problem with wrinkles. High quality fabric used.

I ordered tab panels, I received hook panels. This poses a problem for me. I will try to figure out how to make thses 4 panels work as I do like the quality of the fabric.

The curtains pictured are not what I received. How do I get this returned and get correct ones?

I'm very happy with the quality of the curtains and the pillow covers - both the material and the sewing! The service was actually faster than expected given the holiday break, and the packaging was very well done. I saw another review that said "order boldly," and I echo that! I would order from them again.
