Product is good customer service is even better

I had ordered the beef liver, only to find I was unable to take it due to a health condition. I was frustrated that I wasn't getting my refund in a timely manner. They have been more than accommodating to take care of me and for my trouble, are sending me a free bottle of the Minerals to try. " Jake" has really taken time to make things right. I'm a happy camper!

Being a nurse for over 35 yrs plus fitness and bodybuilding is my lifestyle since I was 18,now 55 yrs, highly recommended products from this company! I feel 18 ! Well.. 19 ! Lol

Got a package from Amazon that was not ordered. Amazon stated that the supplement could not be returned (I discarded the items) and I would not be charged. On Nov 20 my credit card was charged by Ancestorial Supplements. They would not issue a refund because I did not return the product. I find I have a subscription for more items! Tere is no easy way to cancel the subscription and their customer service does not respond when asked for help. Be cautious when dealing with these folks.

The products may work for some people but I used 1 bottle and saw no benefit. My problem is, when I canceled my subscription and wanted a refund I was told I could not get one. On the website it stated that there is a money back guarantee so I was, understandably annoyed.

Update: My daughter and I did have new labs drawn after a month of taking Beef Liver from Ancestral Supplements and both found that our iron numbers were much better, which we had anticipated based on feeling better overall. My traditional med doctor said to “keep doing what we are doing” even though she had been skeptical of Beef Liver as an iron supplement to begin with. We have still had no side effects - gas, burping, constipation or discomfort, even though we have been at the full six capsule dose for a month.

Original post: Ancestral Supplements are the real deal. The people are real, the products are legit. My daughter, sister and I are taking Liver supplements after lab work showed we were low. We liked the idea of Ancestral Supplements Liver because it not only provides heme iron but naturally includes the other vitamins and minerals necessary for the most absorption and assimilation. We’ve been taking them for three weeks. We haven’t done lab work to prove changes in iron but we are all definitely warmer instead of constantly seeking sunshine and blankets. I was taking AS purchased from Amazon bc I was in a rush and have gained 8 lbs. Certain after much research it’s my thyroid, and Amazon not carrying the Thyroid, I ordered three other AS products. I took 5 ea in the morning on empty stomach, placed them by my bed so I could consume and go back to sleep. (Got the organs, liver and another one I cannot recall) That way they stay alone inside my body. I lost 1.4 pounds which may make you laugh, but I was GRATEFUL. Some days I’d hardly eat anything, do my treadmill for 30 minutes and a sauna wouldn’t lose anything! Today I got the thyroid at the mailboxes and took them in my car! I’m so excited to see what happens tomorrow morning when I step onto the scale.

I also received a complimentary bottle of magnesium today (separately) so it’s by my bed so I can spray feet at bedtime.

placed an order with Ancestral Supplements for $165 and received an order confirmation along with tracking information. However, the tracking status stayed at “Label Created” and never progressed. The product was never shipped.

After almost a month of waiting, I contacted them. Their response was a lengthy apology blaming Amazon shipping issues and claiming the situation was out of their control. They went into detail about how they wished they could handle delivery themselves, but it was clearly an attempt to shift blame—when in reality, the product never even left their warehouse.

To make matters worse, I discovered they had somehow enrolled me in an auto-subscription I never authorized. I immediately requested a refund, but have yet to receive any response. I have since had to file a claim against them.

$165 is a lot of money for me, and I feel completely misled. Their customer service team manipulated the situation, turned the tables, and outright lied instead of taking accountability. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company.

Not a good company. Yes the website looks good and all the testimonials. Their refund policy seems great too, but I've had a lot of problems making two returns. First they didn't refund the money after 2 weeks of having the product. Fine, maybe it was overlooked. They refunded it when I emailed them. BUT when I returned the second product, well same thing -- NO REFUND. I emailed support 4 times with a response of "wait the 3-5 business days" and then after those days passed and no refund I emailed the company 3 more times over a period of two weeks and NO RESPONSE each time. You literally have to fight for your money back from this company. And now, they refunded the money but then charged me for it again, so I'm still dealing with their bs. I don't trust this company at all.
