Ben erg tevreden over de health-check bij Ancora Health. Ondanks dat ik dacht heel gezond te zijn kwamen er toch nog wat aandachtspunten naar voren waarmee ik aan de slag ben gegaan. Het ontvangst bij “onboarding” en het adviesgesprek was heel professioneel en prettig. Ancora Health onderscheidt zich door de hoeveelheid gemeten data, de goede wetenschappelijke onderbouwing en professionaliteit echt van andere aanbieders. Mooi ook dat Ancora Health omringd wordt door professionele zorgverleners zoals sportartsen, dietisten, bewegingswetenschappers die cliënten ondersteunen bij het aanleren van een gezond eet- en beweeggedrag. Echt een aanrader ook voor bedrijven die goed voor hun werknemers wil zorgen of alle andere mensen die hun gezondheid goed willen monitoren voordat ze klachten of ziektes ontwikkelen.

Its a premium service - you get 1-2-1 attention from medical, sports and nutrition professionals and you get a thorough personalised debrief. I was super impressed with it. I now have deep insights into my health, what I need to focus on and how. Now I've got to do it. Thanks Ancora - I'll be back soon for a re-measurement to see whether my plan is working.

As a cancer survivor health is the topic in my life, the moment I heard from Ancora I was ON. During the Béta test phase I had the opportunity to be part of the Ancora experience and can say it was topnotch.
