We are truly sorry for the trouble you experienced with customs on your order. International shipments to Spain can occasionally run into unexpected duties or delays, and we understand how frustrating that is.
To help make up for the inconvenience, we have already issued a €10 refund to your PayPal account. If there is anything else we can do to make things right, please reach out to us directly info@andalucia.ca and we will personally take care of it.
We really appreciate you giving Andalucia a try, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again.
Sincerely,
The Andalucia Team

The box was open
The box was open. The Item was not new
The price was 20% higher than other stores, even with the 10% discount
The shipping took a week while it says one day shipping
The only reason why I baugt from this store is because the Item I was looking for was sold out in all other stores and I had to buy it for my mother's birthday.
