We have been working with Anderson Business Advisors since 2020, and overall it has been a very valuable relationship.

There are many resources available that teach investing, but Anderson stands out because of the depth of education, legal guidance, and strategic support they provide. Toby Mathis, the tax attorney and co-founder, has created an exceptional library of videos and educational content that teaches investors how to approach real estate and stock market investing the right way—using many of the same strategies employed by experienced and successful investors.

The access to educational resources, legal structures, asset protection strategies, and ongoing guidance has been excellent. We have learned a tremendous amount about taxes, investing, liability protection, and long-term wealth building.

Our experience with the tax accounting side of the business was less positive. We believe we engaged with the company during a period of rapid growth, and the quality and responsiveness of the tax accounting services did not consistently meet the same high standards as the legal and educational offerings.

That said, I would still recommend Anderson Business Advisors to individuals who are serious about building wealth, protecting their assets, reducing liability, and gaining a better understanding of tax and investment strategies. The educational value alone has been well worth the investment, and the legal and asset protection guidance has provided significant peace of mind.

From the Sidelines to All In — Highly Recommend
For over a year, I watched Anderson Business Advisors' YouTube videos and free online webinars, soaking up the knowledge but always hesitating to take the leap. Attending the live Tax and Wealth Protection Seminar in Scottsdale, Arizona, is what finally erased my apprehension — and I only wish I'd done it sooner.
The content was thorough and well-organized, and the presenters explained complex concepts in plain language with real-world examples. What stood out was how much ground they covered beyond taxes. They went deep on estate planning and, for real estate investors, how to hold properties through the right entities to build in both anonymity and liability protection. The emphasis on keeping your name off public records while shielding your assets was eye-opening.
Another unexpected highlight was the ability to tap into their curated network of partners, offering services tailored to complement the program — making it that much easier to turn what I learned into action.
Best of all, I left with concrete, actionable steps rather than abstract theory. If you've been on the fence the way I was, do yourself a favor and attend. For any business owner or real estate investor serious about tax planning, estate planning, and asset protection, this seminar is well worth your time. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

Yet another disappointing interaction with Anderson Business Advisors. I had a 1 pm call with Attorney Lauren Robbins and was assured that she would be prepared for the meeting and understood the purpose of our call.

Within 2 minutes I could tell she was unfamiliar with my case and unprepared for the call. She hadn't even bothered to read the call history.

I asked if she would like some time to get caught up. She accepted and said she would call me back shortly. I expected a call within an hour... but by 4 pm EST the next day I still hadn't heard from her.

I followed up with her office, who said she would call me back in 10-15 mins. I waited almost an hour but still didn't hear from her.

I followed up with another call to ask about the delay and was told that I had been referred to Alex Butterfield and he would call me.

It's the same thing every time I call. I get passed around and around and nothing meaningful ever happens unless I make it happen. Once they get your money the accountability and personal contact ends. After working with them (well, trying to work with them) as if no one is in charge of anything in particular. The employees lob the clients all over the place like a tennis game with no court, no rules and no scorekeeper.

I have had a lot of my time wasted and endured a lot of unnecessary stress only to accomplish none of the protections I was told I'd receive.

I feel like I'm in Gen Z hell when I call their offices to try to get some of the service and follow through I'd paid for. I got so fed up that I asked for a refund and was denied!!!

If you like saying the same thing to different people over and over again, you'll love this company. But if you're more like me and you prefer professionalism, accountability, and results-oriented client service environment... look elsewhere. This isn't much more than a YouTube sales funnel with shiny, experienced attorneys in front of the camera and dimwits with very little professional, client-focused business experience on the back end.

The Tax Wise "class" was very worthwhile attending. It was an overall summary of the most common and some not-so-common new or changed tax laws brought about by the Big Beautiful Bill of 2025. Participating in this forum taught me things I wasn't aware of that I can put into practice immediately to lower my tax bill. And that's the point of being informed, right? Lower taxes! Yay!

Anderson has an awesome team. Special shout out to Debbie who helped us with our Solo 401 pension plan, Kori explaining the Platinum Knowledge portal and Carlye who helped us Trusts and other entities. This amazing team is second to known. Highly recommend using Anderson and their team for all your business structure and legal concerns.
