I have contacted them since February to do a refund for goods bought. I spent more than AUD900 but they did not offer any help. It has been more than 5 months and still haven't gotten my refund. I have tried calling them but they keep going in circles claiming that they are working on it.

Terrible experience regarding returns or exchanges. I have sent emails and DMs to their Instagram and still no response regarding my exchange. Not great customer service AT ALL. Especially with sizing so inconsistent.

The clothes are beautiful and the quality excellent. I have never had a problem with receiving my clothing.

Worst company that I have ever shopped from. Beaware ! First, as an unprofessional company ,they never answered my emails since I want to return the order that was shipped to me. Overpriced quality and very cheap fabric. They answer you before you pay, after you pay ? It's over.they never answer or help you.
It has been WEEKS and I still didn't receive my shipping return label or return invoice. NO WONDER why They do not accept PayPal because they know their services are the worst and they make it Impossible to return an order , and they also never care to help their own customers. I definitely will be heading to my bank to dispute the transaction very soon if within 2 days this issue won't be resolved. Been waiting since 9 days and they still can't be professional and respect their own Company and customers to send them a return label and return invoice. Very disappointing. I will never understand how a company can treat a customer like that ? They want to lose customers ? Sure ! They want horrible and negative review based on our experience? Sure here it is. Thanks !

I was sent 2 items that was not the same as the picture. I paid over $300 for it and returned it. They received the item because I see it in the tracking confirmation with usps, yet won’t respond to my emails and calls requesting my refund. I’m at the point where I may have to file a lawsuit. Smh
