I got an andromeda insights pc for my first pc from the vector series of there pcs this is an extremely well built pc and absolutely the best gaming experience ive ever had if i could i would rate this pc so high it would reach the andromeda galexy❤️

Pc took a little under a month to arrive even with the expedited order( they did refund me only after I emailed 10 days after it should have been shipped out) pc arrived okay but when I went to take it apart to double check their work I found a peel strip left on my SSD Heatsink considering this is a common thing forgotten about im very disappointed that this got overlooked. Please if you order one of these double check you stuff.

I waited about two months before leaving this review because I wanted enough time with the system to make sure I wasn’t being misleading.

Short version: the PC has been excellent, and I’m really glad I ended up buying from Andromeda Insights.

The system I purchased was the AI 50 Ultra V3 (Ryzen 7 9800X3D / RTX 5080 16GB / 32GB RAM / 2TB / 1000W), ordered on 03/19.

I had actually been looking for a gaming PC since around mid-December. I spent a lot of time researching prebuilt options, comparing parts, pricing things out, and even seriously considered building one myself. I looked at a lot of companies and never quite felt sold.

When I found Andromeda Insights in March, their pricing and build configuration stood out immediately. The specs were very fair for the price, and the 2-year warranty was another big plus. I did some research, read through reviews, and saw a lot of positive feedback, so I decided to move forward.

The build estimate they gave me was accurate, and the computer actually arrived a day or two earlier than expected. During the wait I had a few questions, and support was quick to respond and very clear with the information.

The PC itself has been great. It arrived very well packed, setup was straightforward, and the instructions were clear. The system runs extremely quiet, temperatures have been solid, and performance has been exactly what I hoped for.

Now that I’ve had it for a couple months, I can honestly say I have zero complaints about the experience.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that offers fair pricing, communicates well, and delivers a quality product. That feels more rare than it should these days. A lot of companies charge premium prices and still make you feel like you’re just another order number. That definitely wasn’t my experience here.

I genuinely hope they keep growing without losing what made this experience so good.

I would absolutely recommend Andromeda Insights to friends or to anyone looking for a well-built prebuilt gaming PC.

Purchased an Elite 50 Vector with Intel Core 7 and RTX5070Ti from Newegg. Prior to purchasing, I had multiple questions and every email sent direct to Andromeda Insights was answered promptly and professionally. Order was delivered sooner than promised. The PC box was wrapped in bubble wrap and inside a double walled box. Definitely packed to arrive undamaged. There were also multiple foam insert inside the enclosure keeping the GPU and other parts from damage during transit. I had the PC up and running in 30 minutes and 4 weeks in haven’t had a single issue. Runs all games with no lag and the only limit so far is the monitors max 280Hz. All non-game operations run fast and smooth.

I bought a $2,650 gaming PC from Andromeda on Amazon, and the entire experience was a nightmare. The PC took two weeks to arrive, and when I finally got it, it already had problems including an issue with the processor not performing correctly.
I started a return using Amazon’s official return label and dropped it off at UPS. When the package reached Andromeda’s warehouse, they refused the delivery three times for no reason. UPS kept trying, they kept rejecting it.
Because of this, I wasted almost a full month, lost time, missed work, missed a tournament, and dealt with constant stress. Amazon eventually refunded me, but I ended up with no PC and weeks of frustration.
If you’re thinking about buying from Andromeda, be careful. My experience was awful from start to finish.
