THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!

I have recently bought 3 dresses from AndSelene and waited 2 weeks with no word as to where my parcel was, when asked they blamed it on the couriers. The parcel arrived the following week with an item missing, I asked where this item was and again they blamed it on someone else saying it was stuck in customs. Days later I got another email saying they hadn’t even sent the dress in the first place as it wasn’t in stock. So they charged me for an item they didn’t even have.
It took another 5 and a half weeks to get a refund for this item, after CONSTANT back and forth emails.

My friend had the same issue and they had the exact same excuses for her too, blaming it on other people then in reality they hadn’t the item in stock.

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Amazing customer service. Go above and beyond. Refund was issued quickly and I love the dress I kept.

This is my 4th time ordering from And Selene as I really like the quality and fit of their clothing. This time I ordered the evia top. I was surprised how quickly it arrived. I'm very happy with the top, it goes great with leggings. It's a little transparent but with the right strapless bra it is perfect.

just contacted customer service again and think they go over and beyond. returned 1item last week and followed up yesterday at 7pm. received a reply at 7.20. refund received this morning

Don it order from this compnay.
Over 20+ working days since my order nearly 30 calendar days and still no item. No update and just keep getting brushed off with “your item is in customs”.
Do not order from this company.
Not worth the hassle, the chasing and the lack of customer care. Their customer care is diabolical. “A staff member” emailed me to say I had been told by the “team” that my item was returned to them. (I received no email to this effect, nor was I told of any of this). The amount of lies and false claims made by this business is nothing short of despicable. I had to get my refund through PayPal and PayPal informed me that AndSelene had ignored their request to engage with me directly. PayPal asked for a copy of my conversation with AndSelene and when I forwarded it they immediately refunded me as they could verify my version and they were shocked by the handling of the situation. Thanks to paying through PayPal I finally got my money refunded, but never got a dress or a response to my emails since I requested a contact number to discuss the matter further with AndSelene. I also asked for their legal team to contact me… like the dress I’ve never seen, I’m still waiting for that contact too. One look at their website with no contact info or address…just look at the companies register and you can finish the puzzle yourself. !AVOID!

DONT BUY FROM THEM.
4 months now ,I never got my refund back and recently they don't even answer or update me about it. If they email back they say the same thing all the time

I lost £200+ 😞 .Even they got the items back ( long time now and after several problems with the return process) ,they refuse to give my money back 2 months now

This is my second review on this company, as I was told to remove the first one. Honestly, awful awful stuff. I ordered 2 dresses, came weeeeeks later. They looked dreadful. Nothing like the pictures on the website, awul fabric. I contacted the company, returned the items at my own expense and and followed their instructions to put "0" as the customs amount. Convenietly, they never recieved the item. Apparently the package has been sent back to me again (this is now a good 3 months later). Now, they are refusing to issue me a refund, but state that they will give me store credit. After months of emailing back and forth I begrudgingly agreed to this. On top of this all, they are not even refunding me the correct amount, which I have had to email them at least 4 times about. I then had to pay MORE money to get the item sent to me.

This new item has just arrived, and as expected, it is utter rubbish and dreadful quality, again, not looking like the item online at all. A truly dreadful, fraudulent company, selling awful items in terrible quality. I have wasted so much of my time trying to get my money back. STAY AWAY! I was persuaded to buy from here due to the influencers they use, but there is no way they are sending her the same dreadful clothing as they are selling.

I really like this brand! It has unique dresses that are all lovely! Iv ordered 2 now and they were both great quality and so nice!! I had to return an item and the customer service was excellent! Couldn't of been nicer! I dont get the negative views on here

I had to return a dress and annoyingly it was held at customs for a few weeks. I just wanted to give Chloe a special shout out! Genuinely the best customer service I have EVER come across. She is super lovely, quick to reply and couldn’t have been more on it! I will miss emailing her! Thank you for everything team ‘AndSelene’ a 10/10 customer experience!

Do not order from this company. Complete scam. I ordered an expensive jacket worth £60 which took weeks to finally arrive. Once it did, it looked awful and nothing like the website. V poor quality. Went to return it to find that I had to send it internationally costing me £13 which of course they didn’t cover. This then about a month later got returned to me due to ‘customs issues’. So now I am out of pocket £73 and don’t want to send it back and spend another £13 for it to be returned to me again. The absolute worst company I have ever ordered from with zero customer service and I’m frustrated by the instagram influencer too who encouraged me to buy from this scam website. Do not order from them!!

I had a mix up with an order contacted And Selene and got the best customer service from Chloe she was so nice and helpful...dissapointed they did not have the dress but these things happen.I will be ordering again so my voucher will be well used.Thank you Chloe

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Had my order cancelled a couple of weeks after buying, no refund issued or even initiated within the 14 working days stated.
After finding this review page, I didn't hesitate to tell them I was taking them to the Small Claims Court as I wasn't willing to get in to a tit-for-tat email exchange like others. Got my refund initiated that afternoon and credited 2 days after that.

I have been requested to edit this review as it apparently "contains untruths and defamatory statements" even though the company have not provided any evidence otherwise, and I have evidence from my bank to support my statements.

My recent experience with andselene was nothing but positive . Easy to order , arrived in good time, unfortunately the dress was far too big for me so I contacted for a return .
Communication and response was fab , all sorted really quickly and although I didn't have the dress, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Product perfect, fantastic customer service, delivery just took a bit longer than expected. Will deffo buy again

Item took 2 months to arrive due to customs but customer service were very helpful and I am pleased with my purchase.

I hadn't heard of this company before, and after ordering a blouse I read the reviews and was a bit concerned due to the number of bad ratings.
However my order arrived within two weeks, looks exactly like the photo and is well made.
So overall no complaints!

Have purchased many items from AndSelene and have always been more than impressed with the quality of the garments. Their customer service team have always gone above and beyond to help and provide such professional service. Highly recommend this company.

My time line of events are below but in summary: This company is poorly run, have delivery issues and behave disingenuously when it comes to refunds and returns. I think it’s best to avoid this company if you do not want to have to post a negative review to reach effective resolution to your issues, especially since they appear to have so many shipping issues based on other reviews.

I ordered the black Tilly coat in the sale and my order was dispatched one week later. I waited a further two weeks, three weeks in total after ordering, to contact AndSelene to say my items had not been received. They said they would check the status of my delivery with Evri and dispatch a new one by the end of the day if the package had been lost. A week later and I had not received at update so I chased them. They apologised and said their reply must have been lost in cyber transit and agreed to dispatch a new one. There was then two weeks of back and forth emails about how that item was out of stock then saying a replacement item we agreed on was out of stock too (despite showing as in stock on their website). I was beginning to feel exasperated and had concerns over the legitimacy of the company so I searched them on trust pilot, which is a lesson learnt for me as I saw they had a plethora of negative reviews. I decided to leave my own negative review to warn other potential customers and after not replying to me for three working days they then replied within the hour of my reveiw being posted and issued my refund by ten o’clock that evening after I stated that I would not edit my review until I had received funds back into my account.
