His all encompassing approach when considering all of the contributing factors to skin health, means that the positive outcomes have longevity and that I have a clearer understanding of what my life-style, diet etc have on my skin, not just what's put on it. Andy's tailor made products and stripped-back skincare regime are really effective, and immeasurably better than mass-targeted shop-bought products.
