I had a great online consultation with Andy where he effectively listened to my concerns about my skin and came up with fantastic advice with supporting theory. He gave me suggestions for reading material which I have found informative. He also suggested skin care products to support my skin which have been very helpful so far. I got far more out of our online consult than I expected!

I’ve only been able to visit Andy once due to the UK going into lockdown but I was so impressed with his knowledge about skin, understanding of how having problem skin can make people feel and his enthusiasm to help that I booked in again for once he’s allowed to reopen. During lockdown we have been communicating about my skin over emails and zoom, and he’s gone out of his way on numerous occasions to give me advice, product recommendations and even reassurance. I ordered some skincare products from his website and the customer service was great. I highly recommend Andy for treatments and his website for products and I’ll continue to go to him.

My online appointment with Andy was great, I was able to ask all my skincare questions and Andy helped with a few simple product recommendations to target my concerns.

If you follow Andy on social media then you will already know that he is quite simply a skincare wizard! When I gave myself perioral dermatitis from ‘product hopping’ and using a strong retinoid preparation, I knew that there was only one person I could really trust to help me repair my skin barrier so made a virtual appointment with Andy to discuss my concerns. Andy, of course, has an immense knowledge of skin and skincare so I knew I’d find the solution I was looking for and he was just so kind and reassuring with it; he was completely non-judgemental about my previous adventures in using-every-product-under-the-sun on my poor face, and realistic about the steps needed to heal my barrier and soothe the perioral dermatitis. I found Andy’s straightforward ‘skin first, symptom second’ approach to make so much sense and my only regret is not making an appointment with him sooner! He listened intently to my worries, explained everything very clearly, let me ask as questions as I wanted and was just utterly delightful to chat to.

Following my consultation, Andy emailed me his treatment recommendations (I think I got the email within about 20 minutes - he is extremely efficient!) and for me this was a simple three step Dermaviduals routine which consists of a cleanser, serum and moisturiser plus an SPF for daytime too. (Dermaviduals products are made bespoke by Andy in his clinic, prepared specifically for your individual skin condition so that you can be sure you’re getting exactly what you personally need) I ordered the products and they arrived within 48 hours which was amazing! I was able to start my treatment immediately and after just a few uses of using my new routine my perioral dermatitis is feeling soothed, looking much less red and healing day by day. And the rest of my skin looks just about as refreshed, balanced and glowy as it ever has! I have been really surprised by how lovely the Dermaviduals products feel too, the textures are beautiful and they are a joy to use.

If you have been thinking about booking a consultation with Andy - RUN, don’t walk! He is just brilliant! I’ve seen many skincare experts over the years and I am confident that Andy really is one of the very best 🤍

I love, love the Dermaviduals moisturiser that Andy kindly recommended to me, he mixes it with only what my skin needs, I use it morning and night and must say my skin never wakes up tight or feels dry during the day. I consider myself so lucky being able to have consultations and treatments with Andy, he is truly a genius.

I have been interested in consulting with Any Millward for some time now but living in London, I was unable to make the visit, however the lockdown has allowed me an opportunity to use Andy's services, his expertise and knowledge via a video consultation as an alternative.

i was not disappointed and I'm so pleased I managed to get to do the virtual consultation. He is calm, knowledgeable and listens to your point of view, revisits your skin and skincare history methodically to try and pinpoint when your areas of concern or issues started.

You are not rushed and the advice and recommendations are clear and specifics to your needs and not designed to 'just sell' you products unnecessarily. As a black woman, you are naturally wary of aestheticians who may not be as experienced with black skin, I had no such qualms about Andy based on his instagram videos and his website info, his knowledge on human skin is exemplary, no matter the colour and his knowledge of products he works with is impressive.

The few products I bought were delivered in a very timely and professional manner. In addition, the points on products purchased is discounted straightaway at checkout and not accrued for 'next order', as most points based companies tend to do.

He is amazing, what a lovely gentleman, I will definitely try and go visit for a treatment when its finally safe to do so. If nothing else, have a video consultation, you wont regret it. i hope these business continue to thrive as much as possible in lock down.

Great online consultation - clear, helpful, informative and most importantly reassuring. The products sent are already working brilliantly and I’ve noticed a change in a short period of time.

I have just had my first online consultation with Andy and he was excellent. His knowledge and understanding of skin is immeasurable. He took the time to go through all possibilities for the reasons my skin is how it is and has put in place the next steps to help my skin hopefully improve. I look forward to following his advice and hopefully seeing positive results.
