I have not received my order due today only just now noticed no email confirmation so I don’t have an order number no update nothing

I ordered Matrix smooth and sleek shampoo large bottle at a cost of 19:70 . A received a wella colour moose that cost 12:00 , I emailed the company they gave a link to return the incorrect product at another cost to me of 7:00 . It is their mistake, this should just be replaced at no cost to me . So they have now profited from my order as I’m not paying to return something I didn’t order.
I WANT A FULL REFUND OR REPLACEMENT WITH CORRECT ORDER

Ordered a slim Heated brush and was amazed how quickly it came.

I received my order with parts missing, I raised this to the customer service team this was not acknowledged at all. I asked for a replacement of the missing item since I had paid full price to receive only part of the order. Very slow customer service replies, the only solution so far proposed is returning all the items, despite me asking for a replacement. Wouldn't order again, Trust Pilot reviews aren't good, should take heed of this and avoid ordering from this company.

I ordered 6 items & received 1. Complained, their response “have checked with our packer and checked the packing CCTV and all the items were placed in the box together?” The item I received was also not what I ordered. I received item on 10th April & was refunded on 15th May. Finally got a refund after around 6 emails.

That is the first time you have admitted that you sent me the incorrect order. You said to me that I was basically lying as you had watched cctv & there was no way i would have received one item in the size of box that you sent me. I received no apology.

My daughter ordered shampoo which arrived on time. However, only after opening and using did she realise it was the wrong product that had been sent. Unfortunately, as she'd used the product it couldn't be returned. She reordered the product and despite tracking saying when it would arrive, the package arrived today. When she clicks the link about the tracking it just says tracking can't be updated. Unfortunately we've received Goldwell Elumen Long Lasting Hair Colour for professional use only. She actually ordered a Goldwell Scalp Specialist Shampoo. AVOID at all costs.

what an amazing company! first time ordering and couldn't believe how fast the shipping was and FREE! the products came securely packaged I've ordered off some sites where they have put polishes in a plastic bag! and theythey've broken! but these come in a box.

I was looking for some isopropyl alcohol for some circuit board repairs . Doing some research I found it was also used in hairdressing. I had a look and found angel hair and beauty supplied it and was local too . It was cheaper and bigger than another I had found . Quick delivery too

The returns process on the website was to call a number - I called and was told to return my goods to the address advertised on the website - I asked for confirmation of address and the girl didn’t know but said the one on the website was fine.
My returned parcel was not received and I have lost my money.
