It was very reassuring and I’d recommend them to anyone in need of creating a fundraiser.

My coworker made this angel link account for me while we were trying to find a good crowdfunding site. And she liked angel link the best and now I can see why. The fees a very minimal and it's very straight forward. The company is very personal makes it feel very intimate. When I received my organ, they even reached out to me and that meant so much to me. Because you wouldn't even think they're paying attention but they are. But overall definitely recommend!

I was planning my mom's celebration of life party and I had several friends and family wanting to send me donations. Because some of them did not have Zelle or venmo I did some research to find a way and I found Angel Link. I read all the reviews and really liked it. I set up my fundraiser which was very easy to navigate. Later I received an email from angel link to set up my account Information for withdrawal as well as verifying My identity. Because they wanted my account information. I grew little skeptical so I went on several websites and found some negative reviews which made me worried. So I reached out to angel link. They of course, immediately called me back. Answered all my questions I had and ensured me they were legit. Then when it was time for payout? I did not receive my funds on the day I thought I should as it turns out. I provided angel link. My wire routing number not my ACH routing number once I updated that information. I've received my funds in less than 24 hours even past the payout date. I did not have to wait until the next one. They are truly legit. And wonderful to work with disregard bad reviews. I have found that those are from people that could not verify their identity or their account information. This platform is not for actual emergencies. It's yuppies fundraising for other yuppies.
They only payout twice a month & if there is a mistake where you miss a payout you have to wait until the next payout date.

Staff was able to help me understand how to use the website, they were compassionate.

I still haven't been able to access any of the funds that were raised for me. Also, they say you keep 100% of the funds, not true. If someone gave you $300, AngeLink is going to keep at least $9.60 or more for processing fee, which they claim a 3rd party they use charges this but they are getting a percentage of this. I just don't appreciate all the trouble you have to go through to get funds sent to you withdrawn. It's going on two weeks and I still don't have my donations which are under $300, I could see if it were $3000 but it's a small amount and they put you through the 3rd degree. You are better off using Zelle, Cash app or PayPal. At least you can get your funds within a day or two. I provided the company with my phone number and email address, giving them ample opportunities to contact me and they never once tried to resolve this issue but only sought to harass me and deny me my funds. I did contact the donor. The responses below giving 5,4 and 3 stars are fake, angelink got many of their associates to put fake comments here but the true comments are on BBB. Angelink is a scam because I provided proof to Trust Pilot. They are not trying to respect me or resolve anything. I have many emails with the phone number that they don't answer. Please people do not be afraid to report such agencies just because they say they are angels but do the opposite. Tell every news and media out and expose rather than silently take their abuse. I did try many times to resolve this but they are not willing. Pure fraud. If my time were valuable and you appreciated my feedback then you would honor your word. They have my name, social security number, address, driver's license, date of birth, bank account , routing number, everything but my blood. There's no excuse for this type of treatment. None whatsoever. They have many BBB complaints and have stolen money from many needy people. The responses on trust pilot for this company saying that they are good and 5 stars are most likely fake. The complaints against this company on BBB are not fake. I also filed a complaint against them, they have done this several times. They get vulnerable people to post an ad and then when someone donates they actually keep the donations and don't give them to the intended recipient. Over 20 complaints on BBB.
