Unfortunately, the delivered flowers were not the exact ones that we ordered. They used cheaper flowers instead of the ones that we picked. I’ve tried to follow up with the seller, but he was backing the reseller and was hopeless! It was very disappointing.
The quality of the flowers that they sent was excellent and acceptable, though.
We have been happy to find a good online florist, but they missed a customer.
