What a huge difference the Anima system
has made in communicating with our general practice. Ranging from seeking advice in a worrisome medical situation and quickly being directed to 999 to getting blood test results or routine advice from the
GP. It’s fast, detailed and effective. 5 stars

The Anima service is fantastic. I literally sent my request this morning with back up photos for more detailed diagnosis. Within 2 hours I was collecting my prescription from the chemist and started said treatment straight away. Thank you very much. The whole process was brilliant

Since Audley Mills moved over to online consults via Anima-GP I have had cause to use it on around 8-10 occasions for a variety of post surgical issues or illness. Ive found the system to be utterly brilliant and following a submission today which resulted in a response 7 mins after hitting send with a repeat prescription being authorized and sent directly to boots, I felt I had to respond with feedback on this great service

The Drs listen to their patients & are thorough in their treatment plans. The Reception staff & pharmacists are polite, approachable & more importantly, efficient. The practice nurses are all lovely ladies, Marco is great with patients & is fumny & Mr Hefny is a fantastic Physiotherapist & a much valued asset too! All in all, Lakenheath Surgery provides a great service & we feel very lucky.

I wish there was a way I could give the service zero. When you want to speak to somebody regarding a medical problem the last thing you need is an AI voice with no compassion and making you repeat everything multiple times and not hearing you and then making you repeat it again. No human to talk to another person that has lost their job with a computer doing a far less job and somebody else I dare say on benefits what an awful replacement for a compassionate understanding Person at the end of the phone.
