I would NEVER order anything from this company again, as they took the purchase price from my credit card immediately but they have not sent the item - even within their own shipping guideline of 14-21 days.
When I requested a refund as AnimalsPlanet obviously did not have the item in stock as they stated (I have waited 30 days now for confirmation of a delivery date), they say that my purchase is still in progress and as the order was processed immediately, a refund is not possible.
I warned them that I was going to leave a negative review regarding their ordering process, shipping information and customer service, but I received no further reply. BEWARE.

Been waiting a month for a cat mask with no ship date in sight. Ridiculous customer service and they refuse to refund.

I ordered a nice mug with my dogs face on it. It arrived very quickly and is very cute. However at the same time I ordered a face mask they were advertising with same pic on it as I thought it would be cute to wear during this covid scare. However I have not received it it has not been shipped BUT I have been charged for it! I contacted the customer service and got a robotic reply saying I could not make a claim as the mask was not shipped. I did not ask for a replacement I asked where the mask was and why it has not been shipped. I asked that if they could not supply the mask they give me a refund.
this company is very difficult to contact as everything has to be done via email and takes ages to get a reply.

The sweatshirt arrived and it was way above my expectations.. Great print and quality..!!

Appears to be a quality material and nice screen job but it IS NOT what the picture depicted.. It appeared as though there was a dog in the pocket (real or printed pocket ) in the location of a pocket would be on a shirt.... "NOT"... It is a print of a dog in a pocket covering the whole front of the shirt.. Was expecting it to look as though the dog was in your pocket... I will keep it and give it as the gift I intended for it to be.. Shipping is normal time... Not to slow but not very fast..

When my tank shirt arrived, I showed it to my hubby and he was impressed as well with the bright coloring of the shirt and vivid printing. I would definatly order againg.

My order was shipped quickly, and when I realized the size I had ordered was too big, I contacted Animalsplanet, and they immediately placed an order for a smaller size, which also arrived quickly, They were quite prompt on everything, and the shirt is really unique and will be appreciated by the person with whom I am gifting it.

A unique gift for my son and he’s not easy to buy for. I think he wears it everyday. The picture of the dog looks exactly like his. A great gift for a dog lover. He says he feels like his Shepard is with him all the time! It also gets great comments from other dog lovers.
