Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Ordered a shirt that was button up and you couldn’t even get the button into the precut slits. The quality was also very fake and terrible. I told them that there was an issue with the shirt and I would like to return it as I was within their policy window. They then told me to send them an email with a pic of the malfunction with the shirt. How am I going to show me trying to button a shirt. Nevertheless, I did my best and they told me they would only give me a small discount on a new product. What? How ridiculous.

Slow to dispatch & quality misleading
Slow to dispatch (took a week) but they delivered overseas pretty quick.
Material not what I was expecting for the price, but can't deal with an overseas return, it's a Christmas present hopefully they like it

One item out of three never arrived
Bought three pairs of shoes from them. Two pairs arrived but the third one was delayed due to "changes in size". Reselected the size as requested but still waiting for the shoes months after. Not answering my emails anymore. Don't buy from them.

Their 'sweaters' are thin long sleeved…
Their 'sweaters' are thin long sleeved shirts. 3 day return policy. They say they can't accept returns because they don't have a return address in the US (despite listing a US address on their site). The product is the same as you can get from AliExpress, and it comes from China, so I suspect they are just drop-shipping it from AliExpress. In the process of disputing with my credit card company.
