Having what my son needed and it came before Halloween.

Everything was great from ordering to shipping and delivery. No problem at any end. Shipping was fast and had arrived earlier than expected. The product itself was great, better than expected.

Love the blue exorcist keychain good quality, good condition, and the shipping was good. Definitely will buy here again. And if you have a problem they definitely will help.

I placed an order, after a few days with no tracking information, I reached out and was told the item was out of stock even though the website is still showing available items. I requested a refund but I still have not heard back from the company.

The company has processed a refund for the item.

Product is nice! Shipping took a while, but that was expected.

Wel, the communication was not bad and the delivery was fast. But as a cosplayer I ALWAYS check the size table. So I ordered a cosplay dress in XL size because the measurements where my size. So I received the dress and it comes in 2 parts.
The upper and lower part, the lower part fits perfectly.
But the upper Part isn't absolutely the size like I ordered it, WAAAAAAY TO SMALL.
The dress itself was beautifull, but here and there a few mistakes.
But then I ordered the dress with the title;

Pendragon Saber Costume With Sword.
WITH SWORD, so i presume it's with a sword of the character.
Nope... no sword in my package...
And that for USD 321,85?
Nope, not again.

Delivery was faster than expected and the quality of the product is very good.

Website listed exact item I wanted 3+ times at different prices. Was told very soon after purchase that it was out of stock and to choose another item from the site. I sent them all of the listings of that item to see if they had any of them available. Don't know why they still listed them knowing they are out of stock. Recived a rude email back. Waiting on refund now.

Didn't have the actual item I wanted. I placed the order March 26th and just received the alternate today.

Pro: buying was easy and arrived from China to Spain in only 10 days which is great. Item perfectly as expected.

Cons: 1) after buying I received the purchase email, but a week after I had not received anything else. I had paid an extra fee for tracking and had nothing, I also hesitated if the website was real and not a scam, after that week was over without knowing anything. Had it departed? would the item arrive to me in 1 week, or 1 month, or 3 months? There was no estimate date of arrival on the first email either.

Good again: After a week I sent an email to the company and the day after, I received an answer with the tracking number, and the item was already at the China airport, so again, happy for the service. But they should improve that of sending some update of the status, and an estimation of the arrival, otherwise I dont think i'm the only person thinking it may be a scam.

They sent me a counterfeit item. I provided sufficient evidence and ‘Jess’ only offered me a 25% refund on an item that was obviously not the same as in the picture. When I mentioned this to her, she offered me a 30% refund. This, to me atleast, is an admission of guilt. Very unprofessional in my opinion and my advice to anyone would be to be cautious.

It was ok the tattered ends r shedding shrink like crazy and it looks way to much like plaid instead of dragon scales i purchased the natsu scarf

It was a cool product but an instruction video is needed

We really loved the gifts we purchased for our son.
