Anja was very communicative and did everything as they said they would! If I had any questions , they always got back to me. The hospital experience was also super easy as someone was there to pick up our kit within the time frame.

They quickly expedited my box overnight because I needed it quicker than expected! The service was great, the texting feature was quick and helpful.

I had been considering Anja since I found out about my pregnancy in July. I had no idea this was even an option until I stumbled on a video on tiktok from the creator Kathrynanja (btw this tiktok account provides so much good information and advice) After doing a lot of research and comparing different companies I decided to go with Anja based on their great customer care and incredible prices. I would like to give a special thanks to the wonderful people who have helped me by providing information and answering all my questions, Kathryn, Maria M and Taylor Johnson all of whom are great representatives of the company. Thank you Anja for giving me the peace of mind for the future of my child at an affordable price.

The website is could use some work but Everything else was good and Everyone is super helpful and gets back to you fast.

The instructions were unclear for the doc. Each page had a different set of instructions.

Like most people nowadays I found this company through tiktok and follow the founder Kathryn and her videos are very informative. So I spoke to my husband about it and we agreed this is was what we wanted for our first born. They were very communicative through text. It took maybe a day and a half for someone to respond but they do, so rest assured they will get back to you. When we got our box, the instructions were pretty simple and hospital staff had no problems following the instructions. The team at Anja was very diligent about sending updates via text and email. I opted in for the umbilical blood and cord tissue and look forward to using the portal.

I recieved the kit quickly after ordering. I've never used a kit like this before, but it had easy enough instructions for me and my medical team to follow. I was nervous about the pick up service coming on time but they were great as well. I definitely recommend- I love the peace of mind and it's not terribly expensive. The communication from the company has been great so far as well.

the anja team is always super attentive to needs and gives constant updates. love the look of the kit too! as a biohacker, i will be doing this for all of my kids. the science behind it is awesome.

Super easy! And the best value we’ve found so far! My doctor collected everything that needed to be collected. There was a little confusion on pick up from the actual persons who picked it up but it was resolved very easily!

Anja Health is outstanding when it comes to communication. Since signing up I have received texts and emails every step of the way. The Anja Health team are fast, efficient and friendly. I feel my Cord blood and Cord Tissue are safely stored. I love that they sent me a stem cell certificate with all the information. Also, Anja Health is currently developing a platform where I will be able to access my information at any time and will be updated about when that will take place 🙂.

Amazing product!

Affordable and easy. My baby came in earlier and they sent a package right away. Only thing is I wasn’t really informed after they took the blood for 30 days even when I sent messages. I did call and was able to reach someone. I feel like somewhere there should be a message informing it reached location after pick up and what the next step is.
