I purchased a necklace from Annabel B which I got at a really good price thanks to the welcome discount. Then when the necklace arrived it sat too high upon my neck. I reached out and contacted her and she said no problem return it and she will put and extender on. I returned it and she fixed it and turned it around in one day. Really good communication and really helpful attitude. Will definitely purchase from her again.
