The hoops are all adjusted by hand so sometimes one might not close perfectly. We check each one individually and adjust them where needed. We always do our best to make them as perfect as possible.

Please send a message to support@anneday.nl and let us know. Our hoops are made with hyperallergenic stainless steel, but sensitivity can vary from person to person.

No worries though, we have a 30-day trial guarantee, so we’ll make sure to find a solution that works for you. We’ll figure this out together 😊

We’re very sorry for the delay. When you placed your order, we were in the middle of moving, as we mentioned on our Instagram, website banner and product pages, so shipments only resumed in early March. After that, delivery usually takes 3–9 working days depending on your country.

We understand this isn’t the experience you expect from us. Normally, we ship within 24 hours. If you reach out to support@anneday.nl, we can help track your order and make sure it gets to you.

We’re really sorry your ears reacted, that’s never the experience we want for anyone. We’ll arrange a full refund as soon as we’ve received the return.

Our hoops are made from stainless steel, one of the most skin-friendly metals, though we understand that sensitive skin can still react.

We want to emphasize that most Anneday pieces are either designed and handmade by us, created in collaboration with artists, or carefully curated to complement our collections as mentoined on our socials and website. We can only guarantee the materials of our own products, and we cannot speak for other listings. What you see elsewhere is not the our product nor made by us.

Seeing copycat listings using our designs and photos is really disheartening. Could you please share the links you found so we can take action? This has been happening more often lately, and we are actively fighting it.

Please also send a picture of the return receipt so we can process your refund.

Thank you for your feedback 💛
If a note is left with the order, for example when items are meant as separate gifts, we always pack with extra care.

We don’t pack each item in a separate box by default, as we choose a more sustainable approach. Orders over €75 include one Anneday jewelry box. Below that, items are packed in a velvet pouch with protective wrapping, depending on the product. Necklaces are always packed separately in necklace sleeves.

If you ever need separate packaging, feel free to leave a note when ordering, we’re happy to help ✨
